The Villa is located five minutes from one of the most beautiful beaches in Antigua on the Caribbean coast: Dickenson Bay Beach. The area is quite and beautiful.
The Villa enjoys a breathtaking view: every evening you can admire unforgettable sunsets. Cleaning during the stay is included (7 nights minimum stay). The Villa has three big bedrooms with AC, three bathrooms, a swimming pool with sea view, garden and independent entrance.
Villa Belvedere is just a few minutes drive from the supermarket and popular restaurants and bars. Few restaurants and a small grocery shop are available at walking distance (5 to 10 minutes walk). The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a big dining room and a spacious living room with sea view.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Simonetta greeted us as we pulled in, was responsive to all our needs, and helped us book dinners and day-trips. She is a treasure, and as we told her, "Sei la migliore!" The villa was wonderful, the view spectacular and the pool a welcomed respite after a day of exploring Antigua. We would highly recommend Villa Belvedere to those looking for a quiet, relaxing base to make their caribbean vacation one to fondly remember. Gratzi mille!

Simonetta greeted us on arrival at the villa and gave a great tour. During the visit she reached out to make sure we didn't need anything. The house is in great shape, no issues there at all. Only thing missing was a blender which we bought ourselves and left for future guests (you're welcome) The view from the pool and patio is much better in person than in the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The walk to the beach is not bad, but the beach is quite crowded with resorts and cruise passengers taking water taxis for day visits so we opted for other beaches during our stay. Overall, our stay was great and we appreciate the effort made by Simonetta to be available for any questions.

Vacation at Villa Belvedere

There were 2 couples and one single person so the 3 bedrrom, 3 bathroom Villa was perfect for us. The villa was very spacious and well laid out. The location was ideal, overlooking the ocean and there was a beautiful breeze sitting outside on the porch. We had an issue with the bathroom which the agent addressed immediately. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are a few beach restaurants in the area. We had a great stay! Simonetta was a wonderful and responsibe agent.

Wonderful choice

The villa is clean and cosy. The view is spectacular. 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. You better need a car to drive around. Supermarket is 5 min drive away. We had a really relaxed time. Our son was happy to swim in the pool. Simonetta was so easy to chat and did all her best to welcome us in the villa. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic week in Antigua

Beautiful villa with outstanding views of Dickenson Bay. Less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Simonetta was a great host and very responsive to any of our needs. Everything was as described but just a few things were lacking …. There was no barbecue grill and only 2 lounge chairs. Also securing the villa when you leave the premises got a little cumbersome….. but overall loved it…we were given great info and excellent restaurants to go to…

Great Location / Amazing View

Ilaria’s place overlooks the beach at Dickenson Bay. Gorgeous views and sunsets every night. We decided last minute to head to Antigua and were so lucky to find her home still available when not many villas were. Villa Belvedere is close to great restaurants and waking distance to the beach. The place is as photographed. The views are even better in person. The pool is nice. The villa is a little dated but the views, location and pool all make up for it. We also don’t spend much time in the home 🙂 but you sleep. Communication with the host and staff was great. Woild rent again.

Fantastic views from the house. Very big kitchen which was great for cooking some meals. Simonetta was extremely communicative, warm, responsive, and helpful My wife and I came during New years and would consider coming back with the whole family.
