Great Stay!!

My family of four enjoyed the property very much. They accommodated our young children by providing full sized cribs upon request without hesitation. It was great space that allowed my toddlers to nap in the afternoon while my husband and I swam or took a nap ourselves. The location was quite, clean and as advertised. The pool was great. We would rent this properperty again in the future if we return to Cape Coral.

We had such a great stay in the house, which was spacious and cozy at the same time. We fell in love with the gorgeous patio accommodating not a huge, but a cute pool where we swam. We've enjoyed sitting, having our meals and evening drinks there. Full calmness and relaxation. The house had everything we need. It was a short but really fantastic runaway from routine and we are already thinking of comming back for longer stay. It is also great to spend holidays with family, kids there.

wonderful stay

We recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this nice vacation home. We mostly loved the patio with pool where we spent a lot of time, starting with breakfast and ending the days with having a glass of wine. The patio gives privacy what we really appreciated. The house and everything looks in top conditions, fully equiped with quality stuff. Highly recommend this lovely vacation home. We will definetly come back.

Villa Charisma is a beautiful and fun home!

Villa Charisma is a wonderful place to stay. My husband, son (9 years old) and I stayed there for nine days in April and we absolutely loved it. This home is very private and it has a unique design that is built around the pool area. Our favorite memory was floating in the pool looking up at the palm trees and relaxing. The pool service came by to maintain the pool so it was clean and ready for our enjoyment – and the pool was heated, too. This home exceeded our expectations and it looks better in person compared to the photos. The house was well stocked with just about everything we needed while we were there. In our experience of renting many vacation homes in various locations across the US, this home stood out among others. It provided the greatest number of amenities, it was nicely decorated, the furniture was beautiful, the host was gracious, and it was a fun house to be in. It had lots of entertaining/gathering space and it was very clean. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities (outdoor patio, outdoor dining table, grill, pool). We hosted another family with children for part of our stay and during that time, my small family moved into the in-law suite. It was nice to have the separation of the in-law suite from the rest of the house. In-law suite includes its own entrance, mini-kitchen, bathroom, couch, dining table, bed, and closet. There are so many beaches and fun destinations to explore that we plan to go back again to Cape Coral/Fort Myers area to see more. Our favorite places to visit included Sanibel Island, Sun Splash Water Park (big water slides!), Fort Myers beach, Gator Mikes (arcade, zip lining, rock wall climbing, miniature golf), Pinchers restaurant, and a sunset sail aboard the Copacetic catamaran. Shopping and restaurants are a short drive (2 minutes) from Villa Charisma to nearby shopping centers. Cape Coral offers a lot in terms of shopping and restaurants – we couldn’t believe how big Cape Coral is. In the neighborhood surrounding Villa Charisma, the streets are quiet and easy to walk. It’s a very safe area. We saw some amazing wildlife on our walks including Burrowing Owls (in the daytime) and wild rabbits. We saw some gorgeous sunsets from the front yard. The host was fabulous to deal with – Aleksandra she was helpful, accommodating, and gracious. She made us feel very welcomed and she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. We will be back - what a special place!

A nice getaway.

We spent a month at Villa Charisma. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need to enjoy your visit. We've been renting homes for 10 years and all our experiences have been different. Charisma had more kitchen utensils and more towels and linens than we were used to. The owner was very helpful with information before our arrival and while we were there. The property management company responded quickly if we needed something. The only negative was the living room furniture, it was very uncomfortable. A little updating would go a long way.

Cozy home

We stayed at this property for 10 days in January. It is just as seen on pictures. Everything was very clean and ready for use. The house is located in a nice quite neighborhood. We were hoping to spend more time at the house as it has a nice pool and a deck area but the weather was not that greatest so we had to keep ourselves entertained in other ways which required a little more driving then we were hoping to do as the house is about 30 minutes from beaches etc. Overall we had a great stay at the house and would definitely recommend it to others if you are looking for a place to stay in Cape Coral.

Improvement needed

Clean place. The air in the in law suite didn't cool. The couches in main house living room were cheap and broken. The gas grill did not light. There were no smart televisions and the TV in master br was so small you could not see it from the bed. Would have also preferred a keurig coffee maker!

Early family Christmas with adult children

Perfect floor layout providing privacy and space for 5 adults. Pool was very nice temp and area had lots of seating options as well as large table to accommodate 6 adults. Neighborhood has a location with easy access to everything. Villa located in a quiet and very well kept neighborhood. We absolutely would stay at Villa Charisma again. Excellent Stay

My family and friends had a great time visiting in the Fort Myers area especially staying in this wonderful property. Weasel that the property was in a perfect location for us all to access the mini activities serious during our vacation. We hope we have the opportunity to stay in this location in the future!! I along with my family members enjoyed the Pelican property home. It had enough bedrooms for everyone and gave us room to spread out and be comfortable. We also enjoyed gathering at the pool and relaxing and hanging out. We had dinner at the table on the patio. We did use a crib. Thank you. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Easy Breezy Paradise

Lovely private home in quiet neighborhood with space for large groups or private space for a few travelers. Fully appointed home, exceptionally clean with all comforts, resources... wifi for remote working, pool with all the extra touches... pool floats, coolers, beach chairs... We were impressed with the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms. Bed linens including comforters were fresh wash and crisp. It's beautiful. Homeowners were kind and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Close by to islands, kayaking, viewing dolphins, manatee and beaches but also so relaxing we scheduled time to stay and enjoy the pool. This... is rental is not to be missed.

Quick trip-House perfect

Overall house was great for what we needed. Stayed for week long baseball tournament so was nice to come back for pool and Kitchen. Laundry option worked out well. Property owners very easy to work with and they where great checking in to make sure all was good. Recommend house and location for nice getaway.

House was dirty shower curtains had mold the bed comforter was dirty the mattress was uncomfortable, there was a rat running in around the Pool, it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the beach but needs some better attention

Beautiful property with private pool, quite neighborhood, just what we were looking for. only 20 mins from downtown Fort myers, great location, about half hour from Sanibel Island, and 25 minutes from the airport. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

GREAT TIME

House was exactly what we saw in pictures. The home owner and property manager were both extremely helpful. The owner was extremely kind and emailed us to make sure we made it ok. The property manager was great and hilarious. Our conversations with him were always wonderful. We traveled with my brother and sister in law so the extra space was perfect for them, and we all just met at the pool!! Great set up!! We stay in Cape Coral often and this was by far at the top of our list. We all would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking.

First winter in Cape Coral, Florida

This was such an amazing trip for me and the house made it perfect! First let me recognize the owners of the property. They checked in on a regular bases ensuring all was going well with my stay. They were more than accommodating. Thank you so much! It is a beautiful neighborhood. The house is centrally located to beaches, shopping. Farmers markets, groceries, etc. The house is well maintained, nice decor and cozy. It was ideal for me having the pool privacy. Night swims were great, whereas you could see the stars. The house is well equipped for babies, young children/families. This house can serve all ages. The mother in law suite, as it functioned as my office. Thank you so much for sharing your home. I have stayed at multiple vrbo homes over the course of 15 years and your home was truly the best. Can't wait to come back next year!

Okay property, but needs work....

This property has the potential to be better than okay if some things are addressed PRIOR to guests arriving. For example, cleanliness is non-negotiable to us and the hair on/in the sink, showers and clogging the tub drain was not cool. Additionaly, the master bedroom could not be used because previous guests held a cat in the closet who sprayed its business on the carpet as well as left hair dander in the room and we are extremely allergic to cats. The large roach (or water bug?) that ran across the kitchen counter when turning on the lights was frightening and there were tiny bugs on the tile floors in the in-law suite. One bathroom's tub would not drain properly and one sink in the master bathroom was leaking underneath. The pool water needed shocking & vacuuming in order to be used and a screened cover to keep it clean for future use. The sliding door to the bedroom adjacent to the living room came off the hinges and every sliding glass door was missing at least one panel. The washer and dryer made loud noises and were knocking against the walls when being used, they need to be repaired. Also, the towels all over the house need to be replaced because they were "dingy/gray" and not white. Overall, the house needs some assistance. We were very frustrated because the property manager would not respond to our emails or phone messages, not even to acknowledge that we had gained access to the home. The owner finally responded and sent an exterminator and maintenance personnel the day before we left and one issue, the leaking sink was not addressed. The ratings for this review may have been higher if the issues were addressed as soon as we arrived.
