We sincerely regret the situation with the outdoor TV and are very sorry for the impact it had on your experience. This is not something we’ve encountered before. We are also looking into ways to prevent or restrict this type of content in the future. We will now start including a check of all TVs between stays, something we hadn’t thought to do before, but thanks to your feedback we will now add it to our routine to help prevent this from happening again. We sincerely apologize for this unfortunate situation. Due to a rare calendar synchronization error between booking platforms, the property was mistakenly double booked. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately contacted the guest and offered a full refund along with assistance in finding alternative accommodation. We have hosted many guests over the years and take great pride in providing a smooth and welcoming experience. This situation was an isolated mistake, and we have since implemented additional safeguards to ensure our calendars remain perfectly synchronized across platforms. We truly regret the inconvenience caused and remain committed to providing a reliable and high-quality stay for all of our guests.

Sorry but I have never seen a guest as picky as Jeff!! I have had, since day 1, 5* from EVERY guest on VRBO and also on AIRBNB. 2 guests left since Jeff check out, and just got 2 more 5* reviews, for the same stay!! So very very disappointed about that review. I'm happy to get the chance to give my opinion. Jeff complained as soon as he arrived for points that doesn't make ANY sense: -no access to the garage (the garage is NOT in the listing) -food open and not open in the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets (you don't have to use it if you don't want to!!! Everything is inspected at all cleaning, we just keep minimun that can make happy next guest as ketchup, soya sauce, all kinds of spices, cup of coffee or extra beers...) -The master bathroom has no door so uncomfortable situation for us (What?? The toilet has its own door, shower has its own curtain, everything is exactly as you can see on the pictures, and there is another bathroom at worst!!) -The pool makes a noise (the pool is brand new as the pool heater and Greg take care of everything each Tuesday Morning, problably the noise of the solar which heats the pool in addition to the water heater) I wish everyone to never have to welcome this kind of customer. A real nightmare for host.
