A modern, central and fully equipped apartment in the heart of the Ruhr area is waiting for you. The apartment is 36 m2 in size, consists of a living room with LCD TV and has Wi-Fi. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80mx 2.0m) with a wardrobe 2.50m. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, 2-ring hob, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), cutlery, pots, microwave, refrigerator and seating, and a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and underfloor heating. There are electric shutters in every room. The apartment is very central. There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby. The largest shopping center, CentrO, is also nearby, as is Legoland and Sealife.
Also the bus connection with a direct connection to CentrO., Sealife, Legoland ect. can be reached in just a few minutes.
