Great place

Perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants and shops and train station and beach. The restaurant on site was especially handy. Overall very happy.

Well Located Apartment

The apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. The south-facing balcony gets sun from about 10am until sunset. It overlooks the swimming pool in a lovely complex that has mature gardens, a children’s play area and miniature golf. There is secure underground parking and the 24/7 reception/security makes it extra safe. The apartment is in a great location, close to the marina, 5 minutes from Meia Praia beach and about 10 minutes from Lagos town with its many restaurants.

Perfect stay in all the aspects

I stayed there for almost a month. It was great choice. Location - is perfect. Literally 400 m from to beach and close to everything else (grocery store, farmers market, restaurants, train station). I did not rent a car and used Uber just once! Clean, very well organized and equipped condo. Professional and quick responsive property manager - thank you Dinis! Easy to check in and check out. Easy to reach out the owners via email. Safe community. I will definitely stay there again.

A very place to stay

The flat is in a residence with lovely swimming pool. The flat in close to the beach, the centre of Lagos and the supermarket. It's quite and has everything you need for your stay. I recommend it, we had a great holiday time

A fantastic location and a great accommodation

We stayed for the month of May, and it was fabulous. The rental agent Dinis was great and the light weekly housekeeping was super. The apartment is very well appointed, and having a washing machine was very convenient. The proximity to the Marina and the footbridge to the old town made pedestrian access very easy, yet we were also able to drive easily to grocery stores and to explore the Algarve on day trips. One of the big activities in Lagos is taking a boat tour to the caves on the Ponta da Piedade and since they all leave from the Marina, again it was very convenient. The nearby beach, Meia Praia, has a great network of boardwalks to access the beach, with lovely restaurants strategically placed for when you want a coffee or a meal. Lagos is a wonderful old town, full of historical sites and hidden gems like the Cultural Centre, as well as the usual scores of shops and good restaurants. This was our first trip to Portugal, and our first time staying in one place for a month, and we were so fortunate to have chosen this accommodation for our stay.

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Balkon

wir waren ein Woche in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf dem Balkon gibt es einen Außengrill, den wir mehrmals benutzt haben. Das Bett ist groß und die Matrazen sind gut. Es gibt einen Tiefgargenstellplatz, aber auch das Parken vor dem Haus ist kein Problem. Die Unterkunft können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

tout etait extraordinaire : Maison tres bien equipee , barbeque exterieur , salon de jardin , wi-fi , stationnement facil devant la maison et gratuit , 2 details manquent a l appel , il n y a pas de CLIMATISATION et la literie meriterait d etre remplacee mais , tout est tellement extraordinaire qu on oublies ces details .... la vue mer depuis la terrasse a l etage ; les patios ( l interieur permettant de manger a l ombre ) , la piscine , la situation geographique ( proche de l ocean , des commerces ( PINGO DOCE ) , de la marina et du centre ville .... tout a pieds ....le calme en plus !! a recommander vivement et sans hesitation ce petit mais fabuleux bout de paradis ! nous reviendrons . notre hote tres reactive , MERCI BEAUCOUP MADAME CORREIA ; en un mot : FABULEUX

Appartement au top !!!! Propre , lumineux , bonne exposition vue piscine et très bien équipé.Il se situe dans une jolie résidence bien entretenue avec une piscine commune très appréciable et très propre .Nous sommes restés une semaine et avons pu nous rendre à la plage et au centre de Lagos à pied Nous avions toutefois une voiture que nous avons pu garer dans le parking souterrain de la résidence ( place de parking privée ) Tout était très bien , nous recommandons vivement ce logement Isabelle et fabrice

...erholsame Tage in Lagos

Nach einem anstrengenden Flug am frühen Morgen erwartete uns ein sehr gut ausgestattetes, ruhiges Appartement.Schön war, dass wir früher einchecken konnten. Die Kommunikation, sowohl mit den Gastgebern, wie auch mit Dinis Rodriguez bezüglich des Check-In, klappte hervorragend. Die Wohnung, inclusive Küche ist wie beschrieben und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Eine von uns bemängelte fehlende Alternative zur Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine wurde von Dinis umgehend besorgt. Schon am gleichen Nachmittag hatten wir eine French-Press Cafetiere.Das nenne ich guten Service ! Schlafzimmer und Bett bieten eine gute Schlafqualität, auch Dank der Rolläden. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bietet Sicherheit und ein allzeit wohltemperiertes Auto. Wohnanlage und Pool sind Top gepflegt. Uns hätte ein etwas wärmerer Pool mehr zugesagt, aber das sind ja persönliche Präferenzen.Vom Appartement aus sind Marina, Strand, Bahnhof (für Zugfans zu empfehlen die Fahrt entlang der Algarve), Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut und schnell erreichbar, auch zu Fuß.Der wöchentliche Wäschewechsel war top, auch die Ausstattung mit ausreichend Handtüchern. Das einzige was wir kritisch anzumerken hätten: Etwas mehr Geschirr würde einen sparsameren Einsatz des Geschirrspülers ermöglichen. Und:Das Wohnzimmer würde sich sicherlich über eine neue Couch freuen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Lagos gerne wiederkommen.

TOP Unterkunft in bester Lage

Sehr solide, sauber, freundlich, mit allem ausgestattet und top gelegen. Strand, die wunderbare Altstadt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Danke an Dinis für die Top Kommunikation. Lagos ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Very nice apartment!

(+) We enjoyed our stay at this apartment, the apartment is very well furnished, it is decored simply but tastefully with beach motifs, has a lot of lighting options so you can decide the environment you want at night, and you will find all you need for your vacation. Specially if you like quiet dinners at home, there are a lot of kitchen appliances (more than usual!) and the grill outside is a very nice addition to a summer evening. The apartment has a garage, your place will be far from the building entrance but this is still a plus because otherwise you would find difficult to park around the building. The condo pool is larger than usual and you will easily find a place to stay even during high season. Mr Dinis, the manager, is very responsive and is always available to help you - at the time we arrived the WiFi router was broken, and there was no clothesline available, but this was promptly resolved by Mr Dinis the next day. (-) Only thing we were not so happy about was the bedroom: the matress is very muchy and we ended up having bad nights of sleep and backpain. The bedroom clothes could also be improved - although the flowery pattern is surely pretty it doesn't make sense to have two single duvet covers on a king size bed. Another thing that could be added is the air conditioning, we stayed here during a heat wave in Portugal and the existance of AC would have been a plus! Most of the apartments on the Condo have AC. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and might repeat if we can :) Thank you for having us!
