All levels of the building are handicapped accessible with elevator access.

The Lodge at Lake Dillon is beautifully positioned on a bluff that overlooks the lake, mountains, and marina. Guestbook comments from the owner

I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo! We had the most amazing trip! Your condo is just perfect I've never rented a place that the owners put as much effort into making their guests feel comfortable as you have. My husband was unable to ski due to recent hip surgery so he was just as happy staying at the condo thanks to your efforts to make it so comfortable. We have all agreed that we really want to rent your place again this summer. We would love to spend some time there possibly looking for a place to buy. Thanks again! We give you 5 stars!!

Updated with a great view.

My family of 4 had plenty of room to relax at the end of the ski day. Kitchen was plenty big for family dinner and condo was quiet.

Beautiful condo, great location

  • 5 of 5

First off, Robin was wonderful to deal with in spite of difficulties with the software. The condo is in a great location for our fall excursions, has a great view of the lake and the mountains, and very close to some great restaurants. We loved the way it was decorated. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen was well stocked. And the fireplace was a true pleasure as it was snowy and cold outside when we arrived. Just great all around.

Beautiful condo with an amazing view of Lake Dillon,

  • 5 of 5

The owner Robin was very helpful during the check in process, making sure I had all of the information I needed, plus very friendly. The condo was beautifully updated and clean, and comfortable. The view of Lake Dillon was amazing and we can't wait to come back with out boat to put on the lake. My wife and two young children had a great time and we enjoyed the trail around the lake and the nice nearby park. It was the perfect trip and we plan on making another reservation soon! Thanks to the amazing owners.

Beautiful, Relaxing Condo Overlooking Lake Dillon

  • 5 of 5

This condo building is a well taken care of facility in a great location over-looking Lake Dillon, the mountains and the Marina. This condo is a tastefully decorated, clean, cozy, comfy get-away. The master bed is very comfortable; we slept well. The sun floods that room early in the morning so if you're not an early riser, you might choose to sleep in the middle bedroom, which has no window but is connected to the main bathroom. The kitchen has just about everything you need to prepare a meal if that's your choice. The only thing I might note is that there are no spices or cooking oil or spray so you might want to bring some along if you need something besides salt and pepper, which was in the cupboard. Otherwise, the City Market is close by, which is where we always shop when we visit Dillon. The amphitheater is a short walk away, the bus stop is across the street, the bike trail is right outside the door, the bike rental shop is down the street, the Tiki bar is right down the hill by the Marina where you can get a beverage or great burger. The amphitheater has a non-denomination church service on Sunday morning which is very relaxed. Just come as you are. Then after church head over to the Arapahoe Café, which is right down the street, for a delicious breakfast or brunch. One of our favorite places to eat is the Dam Brewery, simply because we love their Seafood Chowder. I've never had anything else quite like it so I always have to get me a bowl of that during my stay! It's extremely busy and crowded every time we're there but it's good food and lots of good, local beer. My husband and I rented bikes one morning and rode across the damn to the Frisco Marina and back again. If you're having problems with the altitude or haven't ridden a bike in a while, that path will be a challenge for you, but, you can stop along the way to rest and enjoy the view. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool or in the pool, which always had a very nice temperature; we assumed it was heated. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the patio and then an adult beverage there at night. A few nights it got quite chilly so we really appreciated the gas fireplace. We never heard any loud activity in the halls or outside, so my husband, who needed a lot of R&R from his stressful job, found it right here. Thanks to Ron and Robin for sharing their beautiful mountain home with us. We look forward to returning.

Owner's Response: Barb, What a lovely and informative review! You captured some of our favorite places, so I almost felt I was there as I read your review. I might add that the Arapahoe Cafe makes a delicious huevos rancheros that you should try on your next visit. It's one of our favorites. One small note....we have a pull-out shelf to the left of the stove that has a few spices and oils. It's easy to miss, but very convenient once you know it's there. Thanks so much for submitting this review. More importantly, we are thrilled that you had such a good time. We love sharing this little gem (Dillon) with others. We would love to have you come back and stay with us again! Robin
