The bastide is made up of two independent, soundproofed, semi-detached villas:

Villa 1 of 110 m2 of living space

An electric fence surrounds the entire land, and perhaps programmable.

The outdoor dining area is truly a gem for holidays in the south of France surrounded by olive trees, oaks, fig trees, rosemary and lavender.

The swimming pool :

Infinity pool 4 m x 8 m and 1.46 m deep with a 1 m wide beach.

It can be heated by a latest generation heat pump and obtain the temperature you want.

From the swimming pool a splendid view towards the Provencal village of Callas and the surrounding mountains.

It is equipped with sun loungers where only the singing of birds could disturb you.

Each Villa  offers 6 beds and the possibility  of being either independent or connected for meals.
Each villa can bring together 12 people for catering

A charming Villa whose living room, kitchen/dining room and mezzanine are air-conditioned.

- A garden table near the swimming pool designed for 12 people.

- A beautiful terrace with a panoramic view with a garden table for 6/8 people

- A living room equipped with a flat screen television as well as ADSL wifi access

- A kitchen/dining room

30% deposit to be deposited on the day of arrival

End of stay cleaning package 150 euros
(disinfection of the entire house between each tenant, washing of linen at 60 degrees)

Heated swimming pool package on request €150 per week.

After your online reservation, a summary rental contract will be sent to you before your arrival mentioning the supplement, the costs of cleaning the house, linen, as well as the heated swimming pool option if chosen. (to be paid on the day of your arrival )

2 minutes from the oil mill, tasting and sales all year round.
