Amazing!

The house and all of the little touches are beautiful! The patio is huge and comfortable with, of course, unbeatable views. The location is perfect, too. The hosts were helpful and quick to respond. We had a wonderful stay.!!

Beautiful property on a peaceful beach

Appreciated gated, secure entry and courtyard. The spool overlooking the ocean was the key aspect of this rental. The house was lovely with everything you need to feel at home. Our pups loved the “digs”, too, especially playing on the beach. We will return!

Family stay

We enjoyed the property much. We have rented many years in Rocky point and this was one of our favorites ever as far as service and amenities. The patio set up was great to just enjoy the view and location. Service was great and the maid was wonderful as well. Salsa Fresca abs guacamole was waiting in the refrigerator fior us. I would highly recommend.

Family reunion

My family enjoyed this beautiful home. With the exception of one of the air conditioning units going out. It took until the next day to fix but the owner offered us their master room and it was wonderful.

Beautiful and Spacious!

We loved our stay! The house was very spacious and extremely equipped. The location was great, it does lose beach access completely during high tide. We planned our day accordingly so it was not bad at all, just something to be aware of. We had good communication with the owner prior to our stay. The only drawback was there were A LOT of extra fees. You should expect to pay more than double the listed rate. But the house was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our visit!

The house was amazing! Loved how remote it was! Just a few issues with it.

Washer and dryer does not work. It takes 4 hours to wash and dryer does not dry. None of the fireplaces work. Electrical flickers all day and night. Other than that it was great choice to vacation. You have tons of privacy and you get the beach almost all to yourself.

We had just had the dryer repaired and I'm guessing the repairs didn't work. We have ordered new washer and dryer and will replace as soon as they arrive. Because of safety concerns we have removed all the fireplace keys - they work - they are just don't have the safety precautions that a fireplace in the US has, so we'd rather be safe than sorry. The lights that flicker are on a dimmer. If you turn them all the way up it does stop the flickering. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. One of my favorite sayings to my wife when we are there "is someone left footprints on our beach."

Paradise on Sand

My family and I have stayed at many homes in Las Conchas and this is on the top of our list. It’s our favorite section in Las Conchas due to the perfect sandy beach with lots of rocks at low tide to explore for sea creatures. It’s a short walk to the Estuary and even during a busy holiday the beach never feels crowded. This is one of the few houses with its own little pool overlooking the ocean and my young boys loved it! The home is spacious with festive decor, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with all the dish-ware you need. And this is a first…. When we arrived there was freshly-made guacamole, pico and chips waiting for us, which we all quickly devoured!! We’ll be back! The Ledbetter crew

We had a very nice Thanksgiving weekend at El Fin Del Mundo house. We found the house to be safe, clean, comfortable and well equipped for all our needs. Plenty of fresh water, beach towels were greatly appreciated! Ample supply of kitchenware allowed for easy meal prep and clean up. Beach access via a good number of steps was not great for my recent knee surgery but I knew that ahead of time so i limited myself to one trip down to the beach each day and thoroughly enjoyed the amazing views from the patio area the rest of my time while my family and and pups played in the sand and surf. We had to leave this beautiful home/location. Honestly we have no complaints and look forward to visiting again!!

Great location. Had some issues

We rented this from Thursday - Monday. Everything was great then Friday morning we had no water, the tanks were empty. Contacted Dale and he was able to get a water truck out to fill the tanks. Then Saturday night the A/C went out and most of the lights. Only refrigerator that was working was the one at the bar(which didn't get real cold). Also the water pump wasn't working, so no pressure to take showers. They were unable to get it fixed while we were there. This was September very humid. To access the 4th bedroom you need to go out through the front door to the court yard. Which this was the only room that the A/C(small wall unit)was working, but not big enough for 4 adults and 4 kids to sleep in. We spent a lot of MONEY for a lot of problems. My 2 other guests left and rented a condo Sunday morning due to the issues. We understand this is Mexico, but I would recommend the owner to install a backup generator. Try to sleep at 84 degrees with 54 percent humidity in the house. We all tried to sleep on the patio.

Yes, unfortunately Mexico does present a host of unpredictable possible problems with water and electricity The house is hooked up to city water. We have storage tanks for backup water because city water is so undependable. When I was notified that the tanks were empty I had them filled that same day, but in the process, the less than 2-year-old pump ran dry and got damaged. This in turn eventually lead to the pump shorting out. When the pump shorted out, it shorted out a new electrical panel that was a year old, causing parts of the house to lose power and A/C. My maintenance crews tried to get a new pump and the large fused bus bar, but could not because the supply houses are closed on Sunday. We are so sorry you had to experience this chain of unfortunate events. I can't apologize enough in that it is our desire that everyone has a problem-free stay. I will be in contact to see if I can offer you some compensation.

We had an amazing family vacation. Dale's house was perfect!! The location, private beach, pool was great, with plenty of room for my family. The house was clean, decorated very authentic to Puerto Penasco. Our kids and grandkids had a blast!! Definitely would book again. Thanks Dale for all you help😁

The Perfect Getaway!

This was our second time at El Fin del Mundo and it was just as amazing as we remembered it. The house is absolutely beautiful; it has everything we could want and more: paddleboard and boogie board rentals were easily accommodated through the owner. No need to even go into town when we had everything our hearts desired at the house!

Simply the best

Wow, we went here for spring break March 2021 and are completely in love with this property! The Spool view over the ocean is fabulous and our girls loved the beach. The outdoor grill was amazing and we grilled up fresh crab and shrimp from the market. We will be back soon!
