Blue Valley Retreat is a place where adventure, beauty, and tranquility await. The perfect location for your next family gathering, get away with friends, or strategic planning session. Located in the Blue River Valley, this home provides access to all the central Rockies has to offer. Less than an hour to Breckenridge, Keystone and Winter Park, just over an hour to Steamboat Springs, Rocky Mountain National Park and Vail.

This beautiful, newly built, completely upgraded, mountain home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the main floor plus a spacious upstairs bedroom/loft. A great room with gas fireplace, kitchen with double islands, and large farmhouse table, provide the optimal space for enjoying time with family and friends. Relax on the back patio and admire the incredible views of Sleeping Indian Mountain and breathtaking sunsets only the Rockies can produce. Located on a quiet 5- acre lot 30 mins north of Silverthorne, this home is a great place to experience Colorado.

Access to White water rafting, fishing, hiking, boating, paddle boarding, and ATV/UTV trails are all just minutes away.

Comfortable beds and linens are provided along with a washer and dryer.

Minimum night stays may apply
NO PARTIES, NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed on the property.
Minimum age of primary renter is 30 years old. Renter must be an occupant.
Signed rental contract required to confirm booking.
Copy of ID require when booking.

This property was a relaxing retreat spot. Beautiful home with beautiful views of mountains and wildlife. The beds were so comfortable, kitchen well equipped and beautiful fireplace to warm you. I would definitely stay again! Great hosts too!

Have stayed at other VRBO's in area and this was definitely the best. House has plenty of room with great kitchen and water did not have sulfur smell which is common in this area. Highly recommend.

Cleanest and nicest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at!

Was a great experience. Beautiful house. The heated floors were my favorite. The hosts were great and very accommodating! Just 40 minutes to rabbit ears parking lot and just outside of Kremmling. Easy to get to!

Fun family mountain valley get away

We Loved It

This beautiful mountain home had plenty of space for our group of five adults - my husband, Mom, two sisters, and myself, all over 50. The bedrooms are separated for privacy, the great room is perfect for movie watching and conversation, and meal prep was a breeze in the well-equipped, chef-pleasing kitchen. Everything was clean, fully stocked and comfortable. The back patio with its pretty view was one of our favorite places to gather. The cool evening air, clear bright stars and enormous milky way straight overhead topped off our stay.

What an Awesome Experience!!

My family and I stayed at this home during Valentine’s Day weekend 2021. My mother had passed away recently and we just needed a getaway. Kristen, the owner was wonderful! She stayed in contact with us and promptly answered any questions that we had. . The house was immaculate and we did not have any issues. The views of the mountains from the house were beautiful!! We plan to return next year and stay here again.
