Near Peak 8, Next to Nordic Center and Bus Stop

This beautifully furnished multi-level townhome sits in an idyllic setting and location! Located close to the slopes, the Nordic Center is just steps away, the free shuttle is conveniently a few hundred feet away. It is the last shuttle stop to Peak 8 and just a few minutes to Main Street.

The space
The main level provides a lovely open living space with a large stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room seat 11 guests. The loft level features a large master king suite and a den area with a futon and a large flat screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD player, providing a great area for the kids. Pack n play is available upon request. Downstairs there are two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full). The second bedroom has two full bunk beds.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Leave your beds as is. The cleaners will take care of them. Make a pile of used towels.
Turn off the lights Make sure the garage door opener is on the counter Turn down the hot tub temperature to 90°. Make sure the barbecue tank is off
Start the dishwasher. Take out the trash. The code is 4040 to the shed across the street. Please leave the house as you found it upon first entering.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Turn all 3 thermostats down to 58 Turn off lights BBQ is OFF Leave Garage door opener on counter. Make sure downstairs sliding glass door is locked.
Put garage bags in the shed across the street. The code is 7546.

Perfect location

We have been to Breckenridge several times but this was our favorite stay. The location is perfect, so close to the shuttle, backs up to nature and the house size was perfect for our family.

Lots of space

Had 3 generations and had room for all to spread out. Made memories with playing games, eating meals, making some-mores around the fire pit with plenty of exploring to be done. Close to bus route.

Beautiful Breckenridge

This is a lovely, spacious clean home in great location. Host is very helpful. Located on green space. Kitchen and bathrooms are modern. Furnishings are very nice. Deck and hot tub are on gulch with peaceful, pretty view. Although we did not use fire pit, it looks like a fun option as well. Thank you for sharing uour home

Great ski lodge in Breck!

The place was perfect for a big group ski vacation. Host was communicative any great to work with, location perfect (just steps from the bus up to peaks 7 and 8. Very spacious and furnished. Would be a long but doable walk into town and back but the bus is right there and we were there more to ski than anything. Highly recommended!!

Cozy home convenient to Peaks 7 & 8

Diane’s home was a great place to come back to after a day of skiing. It is conveniently located just off the free shuttle line that takes you to Peaks 7 and 8 and downtown.

Family vacation

The cabin was in a great location two minutes from peak 8 Breckenridge Ski Resort. The cabin was very clean and beautiful great amenities and host was very responsive to all our messages and requests.

Fantastic condo!

Condo was beautiful! Very comfortable furnituure and beds, more than enough space, garage was perfect for storing skiis, and condo is close to the Nordic Center shuttle stop. Loved the hot tub after a day of skiing! We were concerned with it only having 1 review, but I would stay here again without hesitation.

Amazing house. Amazing host. Overall, one of the best VRBOs we've visited. Would definitely recommend this place to future guests!
