This apartment was perfect for my friend and I. The location was great, accessibility was good and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay in Dallas.
My friend and I both agreed that if we have another event in Dallas, we would rent from Nicole again and again!

Liked: Cleanliness, location
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Not the best
couldn’t get ahold of manager and the check instructions were very unclear
They gave my room away after all payments
No communication before hand then to come when I touched down in Dallas to find out my room wasn’t available anymore
I stayed in January for 6 days with my 19 year old daughter and small dog getting to get my daughter settled in school. I did cook, do laundry and work at the apartment for the majority of each day. Wi-fi worked great - TV is Raku so you can only watch what you can sign into on your own accounts.
This is an old, apartment complex that has about 12 apartments that have been re-done as best they can with out a total reno so its a bit old and musty smelling. Most, if not all, the apartments in the complex are in a daily/short term, rental program so all kinds of people in and out constantly. You can hear every single move the people above you make. Plenty of parking on side and back of building inside the gates; however, the entrance gate never worked while we were staying there, it remained open.
The complex is centrally located in Dallas not too far off of the main freeway, close to all kinds of restaurants and stores in a transitional neighborhood with a few beautifully restored old homes, quite a few very run down homes and modern new builds, mainly 3 story townhomes. There is a large government housing complex 2 blocks over that is run down and there are several transients and homeless that wander the area but, I never felt unsafe. I walked our dog all over this neighborhood everyday and there are a lot of people out doing the same.
The apartment has great light in the den, which faces the street, and the light is good in the larger bedroom which you can see the Dallas skyline from the window. One of the bedrooms is very dark all day because it faces the internal complex walkway as this apartment is on the first floor of a 2 floor complex. Water pressure was great, over all it was pretty clean (I suggested a deep clean of rugs, fans and baseboards), beds are very comfortable but, need more/better pillows and it was well appointed other than a few minor things in the kitchen. Property manager responds in a timely manner. Pretty good for the price and the location.
We received an email the night prior confirming our stay and the number of people. We booked this place specifically because we work and do lives while at Dallas Market and hauling inventory up and down a hotel is difficult. We traveled in the next day only to realize they had overbooked and canceled our stay at noon THE DAY OF! I don’t usually leave bad reviews but it seems to be an ongoing issue here so be aware and have a back up plan! There is nothing more frustrating than trying to find a place to rest your head when you were supposed to be checking in when a huge event is going on in Dallas and everything is booked!
This place was bigger than the pictures made it out to be. It was so clean and everything was perfect. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do and we all slept very comfortable. Especially for the price!
The whole experience from check in to check out was flawless. The space itself is clean, cute, stylish, and so much more. I will definitely stay here again
