Welcome to The Swanky One! Built in the 1960s and recently updated with stylish modern accents, this charming and posh apartment boasts modern swagger and a central location just outside Downtown, Deep Ellum, and Lower Greenville. Expect original foundation and layout. Plus, as a special thank-you, we include complimentary admission to the award-winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details!
We take pride in hosting our guests; therefore our apartments are up-to-date with city inspections.
Also, our apartments are serviced on a regular basis for pest control. However, we are located in the great state of Texas, and as guests enter and exit the apartment or building bugs can come in from the outside, this doesn't happen often, but want our guests to be aware.

This property to conveniently located just East of Downtown Dallas. 4 min drive to Baylor Hospital. Just off of I-30 makes it convenient to get to any airport. Close to Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville and other local favorites. Minutes from Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center and even the Fair Grounds.
