Cute & comfortable place

Much better than staying in hotel! The area has lots of good food options & things to do. The apartment was cute. It had kitchen supplies to cook if needed. We stayed with our 3 bulldogs, & the little dog park is very convenient. You can hear other tenants/pets, but that is to be expected. On the whole, this was a great & comfortable place to stay, & we will definitely stay again.

Do not book this unit!

Owners refuse to communicate. The location is great, but this is in the one remaining old building waiting to be torn down in the middle of nice condos. The floor is buckling. The dog park was so covered in feces it was unusable. Front door had gaps that let insects in. Tried to cancel a future (second) reservation and even the VRBO resolution team can’t get a reply. Stay anywhere else.

Lackluster accommodations

While some aspects were good the overall stay was lack luster. I’ll start with the positive aspects: The bed was comfortable. The A/C cold. Great location. Not so great: It was very dirty, smelled of smoke, and was poorly updated to look “nice”. It had not been properly cleaned before our stay. Dust/hair everywhere and a dirty toilet. The bath towels were thin and dirty as well. Even after a hot shower I’m left feeling like I need to shower again. The building next door (which is right outside the bedroom window) is undergoing construction so it was very loud starting at 8am with drills and banging. Unfortunately, we would never come back here and warn travelers before giving these people your money…just spend the extra $ and go someplace else.

We're located in a safe neighborhood surrounded by new and gentrified buildings. The streets are clean and organized, our street just received brand new pavement. It's safe to walk around, you'll see nearby residents walking their dog or going for a stroll after work. Walking distance from the front door:
