It's good to bring slippers or socks since carpeting and rugs are minimal on a wood floor for cleanliness and safety reasons.

Only registered guests should be on property. Owner reserves the right to access the boat house through the yard only, and will give the guests notice in advance.

A Ring video doorbell and exterior cameras at each door have been added to monitor the exterior of our home, monitor noise levels and give one more way to make entry easier.

Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in the public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
