I had very invasive surgery a little more than a month ago and between the recovery and having two kids in school, we needed a getaway and we got that at this place. It was peaceful, newly built, had all the amenities and the owners were very accommodating.
The loft and the property were so beautiful. Everything we needed was already there! Comfy and cozy. Only a 25 minute drive from the Bristol Motor Speedway. Perfect little getaway!
The property is just as photos represent. The Loft was clean, well stocked with supplies, & the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the peacefulness of the Doe River just steps away & enjoyed the firepit. We drove to Johnson City (approximately 20 minutes away) for a lovely dinner. The hosts were responsive quickly with communication. We would definitely stay at the Loft again!
This property is more beautiful than it appears even in the pictures. I've stayed there twice and thoroughly enjoyed myself both times. Hope to visit again
The Loft was perfect for me and my husband to getaway for rest and relaxation. Accomadations were exacrly as stated. Sitting outside listening to the river was just what we needed
This is a beautiful property located on a beautiful river with a nice deck to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The loft is well decorated and equipped with everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Mountain views on the Doe River. One couldn't ask for more. We even got to meet the property owners who were so gracious. We had a great week!

This is a new build. My wife and I had the volunteer fire department practice by burning down are old garage. We then proceeded to rebuild it with a beautiful one bedroom 850 sq ft getaway above it . It took almost a year to complete it as we did all the interior work ourselves. We are very proud of it and hope everyone loves it as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
The Loft is a unique property that has it all. Private, peaceful and the views are amazing. One can sit out on the deck and relax to the sounds of the river. Or one may grab a fishing pole and possibly catch a trout right off the shore.
