Very nice beach view home within 2 minute walk to beach. Fenced yard perfect for your pets, Non refundable PET FEE is required. Lots of covered parking space. Out door fire pit for late night fires. Outside shower down stairs to wash the sand off after a day at the beach. Down stairs changing room. Sitting areas with bar swing.
Two bedroom, two baths with open concept living area. Sleeps 6 with fold out coach in living room. Washer and dryer makes going home a little easer. Front porch overlooking the beach and covered sitting area with wind block. Located in the middle of all Crystal Beach activity, the big water slide, Water town with lazy river, Big Store, Put Put and more. This location is the most popular beach hangout of Crystal Beach. You will be in the heart of everything important.

We had a blast at this beach house. Super close to the beach. Offers everything you need in the house from paper goods to grill to towels. The temp in the house was perfect. There is a super comfy bed upstairs in the porch which as a gem. You can lay here and get sun or take an afternoon nap. Plenty if indoor and outdoor space. Comfy bed. We can’t wait to rent it again!

Small older home. Strong mildew smell but that's to be expected for an older beach home. It wasn't too bad for a short weekend for my husband and I. Close to the beach. Yard is good for an animal due to the fence and gates. One thing I would recommend is for them to wash the throw blankets and get a new shower curtain; it had soap scum build up on the bottom. So not a perfectly tidy and new modern place but it's doable and could have been a bit cheaper honestly. Probably would not rent there again, but can't say it was awful either. My husband said it was perfectly fine with him, but he isn't as neat as I am and that could be why.

This house was perfect for our little family of four! Our two toddler boys loved playing downstairs and we felt safe with it being all fenced in with plenty of room to play and roam. It was close to the beach and accommodated us perfectly! We enjoyed our stay!

The living quarters were fine. But the outdoor space wasn’t. Everything in the downstairs game room was covered in mildew and the air quality was unhealthy. There was trash in the yard , broken glass around the patio and old used toiletries in the outdoor shower.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The location was excellent, and we loved being able to see the water from the deck. The house appeared clean when we arrived, and it was obvious that it had been prepared for guests.That said, the property could use a more deep cleaning and some additional maintenance. While the main surfaces were clean, some areas appeared to have been overlooked. The throw blankets didn’t seem to have been freshly washed, and the washing machine itself was in need of a good cleaning. The outdoor furniture was also in very rough shape and could use updating or replacement, which took away from being able to fully enjoy the deck and the view.With a little more attention to these details, this would be an even better place to stay.

I love this beach house and plan on retiring here someday. This is a dream home with everything I always wanted. Currently living in Bolivar just down the road from Crystal Beach. I work from home so am really easy to get a hold of me for any reason or need.

I bought this property to retire in someday but mainly for my sister to live in. She loved the beach so much. I wanted to make her last dreams come true, which I did. as she passed away, September 9, 2020 from cancer. I plan on renting my home until one day I to will retire and spend my last days in paradise.

The covered area underneath the house for those days that may be raining or getting out of the sun, swings, bar table and stools.
The changing room with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Including bar, small ice box, dry Line, extra storage and changing room privacy with hot shower.
Fire Pit circle of life, for those midnight talks.
Fully fenced yard for all pets, big or small, so no worries about your babies.
The covered porch up stairs for ocean view relaxing with plenty of seating for all
