This unique space also includes all new furniture, an upgraded full kitchen with stainless appliances (Stove, full size refrigerator (11 cu. ft.) , dishwasher, garbage disposal, overhead microwave, standard coffee maker, toaster, etc.), granite countertops, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, etc. large windows facing the water and a small exclusive deck off of the kitchen with cushioned furniture and charcoal grill.

Overall plesant visit. Plenty of room and accommodating with our service animals. Clean and fresh inside. Needs ouside cleaning/treatment (spiders and wasps plentiful), some decking should be replaced, slow kitchen drain.

Really Nice

Quiet and peaceful and a nice central location for us. We were there for 11 days for a softball tournament and just about anywhere we needed to go was no more than 10-15 minutes away. It’s right on the river with a balcony over the water. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and informative when I had questions about where to find things around town. Will definitely stay again if we are back down that way.

The description does not say uou must climb rickety stairs and it says it was freshly remodeled and yet the tin ceiling near the fridge was coming down and the attempted to fixed the foundation by droping bags of cement in the harbor waters that it sits in.

Pretty good

Overall good experience; cute space, easy location central to Florence/Muscle Shoals area. Stairs up to condo were pretty widely spaced apart and a little slick; would not recommend for children. Some dead bugs in the windows was a negative. Quiet neighborhood though, on the edge of a marina, seemed safe.

Great getaway

Great getaway spot if you like the water. We enjoyed our stay, rented a pontoon boat from the owner and enjoyed a nice relaxing day on the lake.

Feel of Muscle Shoals

Quiet area. Went to Muscle Shoals because of the music documentary on Rick Hall. This condo really helped us to feel that deeper sense of place. Spent as much of my time as I could on the balcony deck!

Great little place

First off, communication was excellent, property was clean and super comfy, well outfitted and all that jazz. It is an older property - so be prepared for floor sloping and construction defects along those lines. It’s NOT a new property and the outside is looking a little rough. But the view is great (except for the one submerged thing), access to town is easy and quick (either town), and I went running and walking in the area feeling great about the neighborhood I was in. They are working on the outside to make it prettier by the way. Maybe next year. But I was cooking and eating there for the week with very little fuss.
