Beautiful apartment in great location

The apartment is everything you need- we were staying with our two young daughters for a wedding nearby and had a brilliant stay. Great location with amazing beaches nearby and close to lots of great places to visit.

Nice apartment with parking and shared pool. It was fairly quiet, you can hear the road alongside from the balcony. There was some sort of music event going on over the weekend which was fairly loud but music stopped by midnight. We had hired a car which I would say was necessary for the area as supermarkets were a bit further away. Restaurants in walking distance which were good and nice walks along the river. 25 minute walk to the station where we took the train to Monaco. It was a good location for visiting Nice, Cannes and Antibes.

Übergabe hat perfekt geklappt, Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, großzĂŒgig, großer Balkon, viel Platz. Lage war fĂŒr uns genau richtig. Leider - dafĂŒr kann der Vermieter aber nichts - ist in der Garage genau ĂŒber dem Stellplatz das Abwasserrohr des Hauses geborsten. Das Krisenmanagement durch die Verwalterin vor Ort mit „o.k. Pas de chance“ war ausbaufĂ€hig. Zumindest in der Nebensaison kann man via Transponder nur das große Tor öffnen, trickreich bei der Abreise. Wir wĂŒrde wiederkommen. Vielen Dank.

Die Wohnung ist schön und hat eine super Lage. Hier und da mĂŒssen ein paar kleine MĂ€ngel innerhalb der Wohnung behoben werden und ich hĂ€tte mir gewĂŒnscht, dass der defekte Toaster zeitnah ausgetauscht wird weil auch kein richtiger Backofen in der KĂŒche war und wir somit kein Toast oder Brötchen zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck machen konnten aber es war insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub. Der Parkplatz war fĂŒr unseren Skoda SUV vollkommen ausreichend und alles hat gepasst. Der Pool war sehr schön und zu unserer Zeit nicht viel besucht was auch super angenehm war. Wir hatten auch kurzfristig noch 2 tage verlĂ€ngert weil es uns gut gefallen hat und wir wĂŒrden auch nochmal dort buchen.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement idĂ©alement situĂ©, proche de tout. Le logement est spacieux, bien agencĂ© et parfait pour une famille avec enfants. La grande terrasse est trĂšs agrĂ©able, et la piscine est magnifique. Dommage qu’elle ait Ă©tĂ© fermĂ©e pour rĂ©paration aprĂšs deux jours. À noter : il n’y a pas de lit bĂ©bĂ© et le four est en rĂ©alitĂ© un micro-ondes combinĂ©, mais cela ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ©s d’ en profiter

Bel appartement bien situé

Appartement trĂšs confortable moderne et balades faciles le long de la SIANE. Seul bemol le parking garage mal placĂ© convient aux motos velos et voiturettes...impossible de rentrer une voiture de dimension normale. Et a l’extĂ©rieur dans la rĂ©sidence fermĂ©e par un portail 6 places numĂ©rotĂ©es rĂ©servĂ©es seule une place sans numĂ©ro pour visiteur et lorsqu'on s’y gare on retrouve la voiture avec des post it apposĂ© par un locataire qui se dit prioritaire de bien vouloir se garer dehors...En septembre on trouve a se garer mais en Ă©tĂ© ce doit ĂȘtre compliquĂ©.

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able. Spacieux, lumineux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Literie confortable. Grande piscine dans la rĂ©sidence, avec trĂšs peu de monde dĂ©but Juillet, nous y avons passĂ© plus de temps qu’à la plage! PossibilitĂ© de se garer dans la rue mais les places sont rares en journĂ©e, la place en sous-sol est un vrai plus. Restaurants et buvettes en bord de Siagne Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pieds. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour !

Notre deuxiÚme fois à cet appartement! TrÚs propre et bien situé prÚs de la riviÚre et les bus gratuits l'été pour aller la plage. Les enfants aiment les deux playgrounds further up la riviÚre. Ils préfÚrent la plage de la Raguette (vagues) et la plage du chateau.

AgrĂ©able, Spacieux, bien exposĂ©, bien Ă©quipĂ©. Literie plutot confortable. MĂ©riterait quelques petits entretiens, dont certains dĂ©jĂ  signalĂ©s par d'autres vacanciers ( chasse d'eau d'un des WC, faux plafond Ă  revisser). Appartement propre en gĂ©nĂ©ral, sauf certains points du coin cuisine (tirroir des couverts, qq ustensils de cuisine, l'Ă©tagĂšre du haut et qq plats Ă©taient sales). L'appareil Ă  Barbecue a pu remplacer les poĂȘles Tefal toutes usĂ©es et qui devraient ĂȘtre remplacĂ©es.

telllement déçue!

pour commencer, nous pataugeons dans 5 cm d'eau pour accĂ©der Ă  l'emplacement au sous-sol, puis, quand nous voulons sortir le soir, le portail ne s'ouvre pas, nous devons remonter Ă  pieds, et avoir recours au gĂ©rant des autres appartements la personne qui nous a accueilli ne rĂ©pondant pas. nous devons donc nous garer Ă  l'extĂ©rieur ,oĂč une personne bien intentionnĂ©e raye notre voiture de location pas de lumiĂšre dans le couloir Ă  l'Ă©tage;il fallait maintenir ouvert l'ascenseur pour arriver Ă  l'appartement. Alors , non, on ne peut pas dire que nous ayons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour
