Cosy three-bedroom house in nice villa area with a very large supermarket two minutes walk away and a free van shuttle every 15 minutes to the centre and the numerous beaches, both only 20 minutes walk away from the house. We stayed twice and will stay again!

A lovely property close to everything. I especially liked that it was not sterile but felt like a home. Loved picking grapefruits from the tree We were there for a month and so that was important. Beautiful Mandelieu had lots to offer and easy access to all surrounding towns/villages I do have some constructive suggestions and will send those to the owner directly which may help for future renters. I have not one serious complaint

Perfect location

We had a lovely holiday again here, the house is in a perfect location for us and everything we want to do. Julien is contactable and helpful as is his housekeeper Christine. Hope we can return again another year.

Lovely little villa

This property was perfect for us, only 20 minutes walk to the beach, the shops were 10 minutes away, the pool was lovely and Christine was really helpful. We loved it

A generous and comfortable house, even better than the pictures can relate. Extremely well equipped, in perfect shape, very clean, not too IKEA. Slightly odd location close to a big supermarket, and a bit of a walk down to the train station in the beach, but all very doable and with a very relaxed and inviting aura. Lots of attention to detail and a properly, stocked kitchen. Also very friendly Communication.We loved it.

Amazing location in a beautiful place

This villa is very well equipped and located close to bakeries, supermarket and restaurants. We spent a week at the house and enjoyed it a lot. Great pool area and a lot of space around and in the house. The villa is very well equipped and throughout absolutely tasteful. We would like to return!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful town

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, villa was perfect for us all. Handy for the supermarket and bakery. 20 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to other families. Air con would have been amazing but we are from Scotland and not used to the heat!

Could have been better

Was nice however, there was hardly any chest of drawers to put clothes in. There were not many mirrors. No dressing table to sit and do your make up as a woman.Too many ornaments around and not enough light. Half of the bulbs did not work in the rooms.

Good value house with pool in excellent area

This house is well located just of the heart of Mandelieu with walking distance access to a very large supermarket open until 10pm every day. The house has three decent bedrooms all with direct access to the garden and pool area and all with air-conditioning. There is one toilet (without a wash-hand basin) and a (large) shower and wash-hand basin in another room. It has a very spacious lounge and a separate eating area in a conservatory style extension. The kitchen is well equipped, if slightly dated. The house would have earnt five stars, if it were not for the absence of a large air-conditioner in the lounge and a wash-hand basin in the toilet and a second toilet in the shower room. Will book again for next year.

Take caution

We had a great stay however it has been let down by the owner accusing us of damage to property after we left. He is taking money for damaged bed linen which we didn't do. The photos sent to us are of very ripped sheets, we noticed a small tear when we stripped the beds before departure (assumed from wear and tear) but now they have large holes in them! Very disappointing and accusing messages from the owner. We respected the house and its property and left it in a very clean and tidy state (even washed and dried all beach and bath towels to be helpful!). I suggest inspecting the property thoroughly on arrival and taking photos of any damage otherwise you will be duped like we have! Apparently it's in the small print that you can be charged for damage even if there is no proof that you did it!

Je suis venue avec 3 amis pour la fête des mimosas et le carnaval de Menton. De la villa bien située et spacieuse nous avons pu visiter la région. Celle-ci est bien placée, commerce tout près, les chambres bien décorées et lumineuses, quel bonheur de manger le soir dans la véranda-salle à manger après nos virées sur la côte d'Azur. Maison bien équipée . Un peu frais en février pour utiliser la piscine, qu'importe cette maison est reposante et aucune nuisance autour. A refaire.

Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer super guten Lage, aber leider etwas abgewohnt und nicht ganz so sauber, wie man sich das als Familie mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht gewünscht hätte. Insbesondere die Küche und das Geschirr waren doch recht schmutzig und die Räume könnten insgesamt mal ordentlich geputzt und Staub gewischt werden. Vielleicht wäre auch der eine oder andere Anstrich mal wieder ganz nett. Ansonsten hat das Haus einen super schönen Außenbereich und bietet mit den klimatisierten Schlafräumen optimalen Komfort auch bei heißen Sommernächten.

Tolles Haus in schöner Lage . Julien ist ein super Gastgeber und hat sogar neue Töpfe besorgt weil die alten nach vielen Gängen in der Spülmaschine nicht mehr schön waren. Rund um das Haus gab es viele Möglichkeiten zu sitzen mit und ohne Schatten. Es gibt gute Anbindungen an den Bus wenn man mal nicht mit dem Auto nach Cannes fahren möchte. Die hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad en het weer zat mee. Prachtig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben genoten van het zwembad. Mandelieu is een goede uitvals basis voor tripjes langs de Cote d’Azus van Saint Tropez naar Menton.
