We spent 8 awesome days on Cote d'Azur based at this apartment.
The location is outsanding: little pitoresque village just up the stairs from outside the complex (i understand the stairs will close temporarily - you might need to go around). The village has great restaurants, a cafe, boulangerie, grocer, greengrocer. A weekly market too. A few more steps and you reach the train station. Which we used a lot to visit Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes.
Cross the street after the train station and you reach the "castle". Don't miss the cafe there...great views. Two beaches : one to the left, one to the right. The one on the west(right) side has a watersport rental center.
For a wider grocery selection a Geant Hypermarket is minutes away by car.
For most driving you are better off using the complex's north gates (south gates will take you thru the village).
The apartment is well appointed. We especially like the rustic furniture style.
Balcony faces east so we had a lof of late lunches and suppers out there.
Last, but not least, M. Maigne is a great host: very accommodating and flexible. He also responded very quickly to all our inquiries.
I would like to return to La Napoule and rent the apartment again.
