Right off I-75, Less than 10 minutes to Punta Gorda airport with its own private boat ramp access to Peace River. The spacious floor plan gives plenty of room to watch tv together on the big screen in the living room, play games at the table or chill by the large HEATED pool. Master and second bedroom have adjustable bed frames with pillow top mattress in guest bedroom and memory foam in master! Sleep like a KING here! Prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the full kitchen and dine together at the table. Sip coffee or drinks by the pool, enjoy a breakfast with friends, or take a short drive to many beach options, closest one is just 15 min away! Just 10 minutes to downtown Punta Gorda and Fisherman’s Village!

Relaxing

It was very relaxing sitting by the pool and being in the pool. The pool area is definitely zen. It was nice to only hear the water fountain and birds. The house was very clean. The house is close to town, so a short distance to eating and shopping.

Relaxing haven

Great place to relax and enjoy time with family. Everything you need is right here. Comfy beds. Nice furnished kitchen. Relaxing living room furniture. Home away from home. Enjoyable pool that had a high end resort look and feel. Easy access to go to fisherman’s village. Short drive to beaches. Will choose this place again.

Aimee’s property was exactly as described. My husband and I were in town as his mother was having surgery. It was a nice, quiet, getaway in Punta Gorda. We will definitely return!

Country Oasis-Heated Private Pool

Aimee and Kristy were both amazing. Although the reasons I had to go to Florida were unfortunate, they were great to deal with. Even left me a card consoling me for my loss. The pool was great, heated, and lit up at night. I would stay there again anytime I would go back to the area. Very helpful on places to go and things to do. I very much appreciate your kindness while staying there.

Peaceful and Comfortable

Country Oasis is definitely accurate in the listing, but if you don’t mind a short drive into town or a half-hour to the beach, this property is great! It is a quiet, rural neighborhood, good for getting in a walk each day. (The Harbor Walk in Punta Gorda is also very nice!) The pool is beautiful, and with the heater, even on a day when we had a stiff breeze, we enjoyed being in the water. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The furniture is comfortable, and was great for watching March Madness! There was a nice gas grill, although we did not use it. We would stay there again!

I ws very diaappointed with this property There is mold around the bath tubs and the shower curtains as well.we had one tub that did not drain out we had to clean it out we moved the living room furniture to kill some spiders and had the shock of dust and dirt under it all. the bedrooms were in the same condition. the pool area also needs a powerwashing to clean the mold everywhere. the same goes for the enclosure. If there was a - rating iduse it would not ever return nor recommend

I checked in but I never got a response from you, I would have dealt with anything immediately if there was a problem. So sorry you experienced this, all my other reviews have raved about how clean it was. Could you tell me which tub wasn’t draining? Do you have any pictures? I would love to see, feel free to message them to me in our thread. I don’t move the couch furniture normally but thanks for letting me know it needed attention.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for our purposes. We wanted to be close to pickleplex. Being my first time in Florida for many years, I cannot rate the property as I have nothing to compare it to. We were very comfortable. The property provided everything we needed/expected. Thank you

Fantastic home and really well managed!

This is a beautiful home and super convenient to attractions in Punta Gorda and Port Charlotte. The kids loved the pool and mom and dad really appreciated the space! Aimee was great to work with - helpful, responsive and just an all-around joy! She even had up holiday decorations for our arrival. Just great! I’ll be recommending this home to friends and we’ll stay again!

Great house but you'll spend your time in the POOL!

Perfect rental for grandparents bringing their grandson on vacation to Florida. Convenient location in the country, just outside of Downtown Punta Gorda (10 min drive) where you can enjoy a peaceful neighborhood and an amazing private pool. Owner is VERY attentive and responsive, highly recommend.

Nice family home

We had only a few days to stay and the house was nice to have a home come back to. Having your own space is great. The house had all the amenities needed! Aimee was great to communicate with and very accommodating. The area is off the busy streets so quiet but still not too far from stuff to do. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed our Stay!

We spent 2 weeks in this lovely home, spending many hours at the dining room table planning our day trips. The living room is also very comfy and the master bed was also very comfy! Aimee is a delight to work with, checking in on us regularly to make sure all was well.

Getaway Weekend

Very clean house. Spacious rooms throughout. Quiet location within 10-15 min drive to Fishermans Village and PGD airport. Communication with owner was excellent., never had to wait long for a reply. Would stay here again.

I am from NC and fell in love with the Punta Gorda area after many visits to see my sister who lived here. After my separation I moved to FL and purchased this as my very first home of my own. Shortly after moving I met someone and we moved in together, so now we share this home with others coming to visit the beautiful area. We hope you love it as much as we did.
