Our host was terrific and amenities were top notch. The sweet treats were a nice touch as well as the Bluetooth bathroom light . Location was perfect, private but close to all. The back lanai was perfect for sunsets each night. We would definitely rent again.

Quiet place to day dream

We loved waking up to the canal sparkling in the sun every day! Read my book and soaked up rays on the dock, did lots of cycling, walking and eating all within 10 minutes. Highlight was the Harbor Cruise at Fishermans Wharf! Dolphins surrounded the boat the whole ride.

Great location

This was a perfect spot for my husband and me to visit our daughter. Very well stocked with all you need to cook. Tried out the bikes and enjoyed the lanai in the evenings. Close to Fisherman’s Village, TT’s Tiki Bar was not far and yummy! It was unseasonably warm for spring so we could have used another comfortable chair inside when the kids came to visit. Overall, a great stay. We may be back next year!!

Kim was very responsive and super nice!!Very quiet and peaceful. Fisherman’s was only 5 minutes away! We went there a few times.Also, very clean!

Lovely quiet place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, especially the quiet lanai with a view of the canal. The location is great close to the supermarket, CVS and restaurants. Communication with the host was excellent and always helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful time!

Beautiful condo on canal. Close to Fisherman's Village, parks, grocery, and other shopping. Condo complete with all amenities. Very attentive owners. This was our first visit to Punta Gorda. We'll be back!

Relaxing Getaway

We had a very relaxing stay at the condo. The location was perfect and very close to Fishermans Village for a day trip cruise to Cabbage Key. Owner was very responsive and condo was very well stocked with all essentials for cooking. We will definitely be back. Thank You!

Enjoyed our week!

Kevin and Kim left us a wonderful gift to welcome us to their home. Kim was so kind and provided prompt friendly communication whenever it was needed. The condo is well organized and provides everything you need to enjoy your stay in Punta Gorda. We had lots of family and friends staying in the area so we did not get to spend much time there. But beach towels, bikes, coffee, and the necessities were all available for us. There were also chairs for sitting and enjoying the canal. It is so close to everything and in a beautiful neighborhood.

happy holiday

Our original booking canceled on us at the last minute. We had to change hosting companies but luckily we found this gem! Perfect amount of space for our group of 3. Hosts were so gracious and the place was clean, classy, and so well stocked. Everything you could possibly need. Hosts were very responsive and kind.

Adorable condo on the canal. Beautifully decorated. Kim and Kevin are fabulous host and we appreciate all their little extras. Would highly recommend and would return in the future.

Punta Gorda week of relaxation

Great location, just a few miles from everything. We enjoyed Fisherman's Pier, the harbor, downtown, and many parks in Punta Gorda. Ft. Meyers was just short drive. Also took a short trip to Nakomis Beach.

Florida getaway

Kevin and Kim’s condo was exactly as pictured. Nice peaceful canal front location. Very clean and beautifully decorated. I was very impressed with the attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked and included complimentary tea, coffee and yummy cookies ! While some VRBO’s have you running to the store for paper towels , soaps etc - this was not the case. A personal welcome note with a cute gift awaited our arrival. These touches do not go unnoticed. Friendly, helpful neighbors. Excellent communication and response from owners if you had any questions. Thank you for sharing your condo with us- Catherine ,Don and Michael. Rochester, New York .

Great Accomodations!

Very clean and nicely furnished. Communication with our property manager was superb. Some nice extras such as coffee, fishing tackle came in handy. Would definitely want to return for another stay.

Exceeded Expectations

Thank you! My first VRBO and it was a great experience. Kim and Kevin went over and above in making me feel welcomed. Traveling alone has its inherent loneliness especially in an unfamiliar city. The moment I walked in I realized I was in the perfect place. Every cabinet I opened had more touches of home. I really enjoyed my stay!

The best property

This property is located on a canal and it is serene to sit on the screened in porch. It is well stocked and very clean. Nice neighborhood and there is laundry in the building. The owners are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Nice clean condo. Great location. Quiet complex and neighborhood. So nice to have bikes to explore the area on the many bike paths.
