Great Value condo at Tops'l Beach and Tennis Resort!! Tops'l Summit 302 is a two bedroom, two bath condominium in the Summit building with views looking out towards Tops'l Preserve, and just an easy three minute stroll to the beach. Tops'l is a beautifully landscaped paradise resort, popular year around, with private security, several resort restaurants, numerous clay tennis courts, and free shuttle service around the resort. Summit guests have their own private swimming pool, outdoor BBQ grill area, and organized family activities. Located across the highway from the resort is Baytowne with its many restaurants, entertainment, shopping and summertime fireworks displays. Summit 302 is a 3rd floor unit looking out towards Topsail Preserve providing you with tons of privacy. The entire unit was recently painted and has all new flooring throughout. The living room has a flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle all your cooking needs during those days and nights you want to stay in and cook. Sleeping arrangements: (Sleeps 6) -Master Bedroom: King, Private Bathroom -Second Bedroom: Two Twin beds, Separate Bathroom with Tub/shower combo -Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa

July trip

Was a great place with lots of room for family of 4. Short walk to beach and plenty of pools and activities. Recommend to anyone. Only problem was if you had friends or family at another location. Hard to get visitors

A Great Getaway

We have stayed at this resort before and loved it. It was our fist time in this building and we loved to easy access to beach, pool, and putt putt. The condo was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We could not hear any noise from neighbors next door or above. We enjoyed overlooking the preserve and we could not hear any noise from the pool, which was right around the corner. The check in process was seamless and we were even notified that we could get in early, which was a bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place!

The condo was beautiful, spacious, clean and quiet. It has everything you could possibly need for cooking and plenty of bath towels & wash cloths. The only thing I wish it had was a pantry or a cabinet in the dining area? There wasn't enough room in the one small cabinet for everything we had. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great, just one complaint

Condo was great. Building felt very safe. No issues with neighbors or noise. The walk to the beach was short. My 62 year old Mom walked it with ease. If you have small children like we do, I recommend bringing a wagon though. We filled our wagon with all our gear and the walk was quick. At the beach, there are stairs as well as a ramp…easy with a wagon in tow. Beach chair set up through the property was easy also. It was 200 for 4 days. I know that’s ridiculously high, but it’s the easiest option. Otherwise, you have to set up behind all the property chairs and you can’t bring your own umbrella. The property itself was great. Accommodations and furniture were fine. We brought our own coffee, but it was nice to see some provided in the cabinet for us with filters. As per the listing, there is no beach view, but the trees were lovely. We spotted several deer. The hotel pool was clean and never as crowded as the main pool nearest the beach. My only complaints are : The TV in the master bedroom didn’t work and the floors were very dirty. Overall, the property was very clean, but the floors aren’t. My children’s feet were black. Floors need a good mopping. You could tell the cleaning crew simply by passes that. Overall, it was a lovely trip. We never want to leave Florida!

Week at the beach.

We were in the area for some down time and then a conference. Location was excellent. Check in was seamless. A short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the family, clean , well kept property.

Planning on returning next year

This was our second time staying on the property and would definitely stay again! The unit was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Walk to the beach was short. And we really enjoyy that property is located at the end of the beach.
