Soak up the sea air on the deck of this beach house, located directly across the street of the beautiful shores of Hampton Beach. Recently renovated in much of the house, this update floorplan has everything you need. from the outside beach shower so you don't bring the beach with you, to the updated kitchen with large island for easy food prep, to the mother-in-law suite with full bath, wet bar, and mini-fridge, to the gorgeous deck off the master bedroom, for your vaca! ***SORRY NO PETS*** ONLY 1 PARKING SPOT AVAILABLE APRIL- OCT. Free beach lot access Nov. - March.

Plenty of communal space, but also some private nooks. Nice little outdoor space with picnic table and gas grill. Nice little upstairs deck with gas fire pit. Highly recommend and I hope to be back.

The location is the biggest highlight — you truly can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The upstairs deck was also a great spot for watching the fireworks, and Larissa was very communicative and responsive.A few things future guests may want to consider. Because the house sits directly along the Ocean Blvd sidewalk and shares a parking lot with a motel, we rarely felt comfortable opening the blinds, as people could see directly into the house. It was unusual to be so close to the ocean while keeping the blinds closed most of the time. Road noise is also quite noticeable.The listing states C/A, but two upstairs bedrooms had loud (but efficient) floor units, while the small children’s bedroom had no A/C or fan. We had a cooler week, so this wasn’t an issue for us, but it could be during hot weather. Although the home sleeps 8–10, there were very few small bath towels; even with our party of 5, we found this challenging.The home also shows some wear. The living room rug needed a good cleaning, and some kitchen items were put away dirty or were missing. Cooking was difficult due to limited supplies (no usable pan, wooden spoon, etc). The upstairs deck had only three chairs, all rusty, with one unusable, but I know the ocean is harsh on furniture.Finally, as clearly stated, only one parking space is included. Additional parking was 230 in the public lot, which is a fairly long walk.Overall, the location is excellent, but these are worth knowing before booking.

I was raised in South Dakota, my husband was born in Miami, and after living in Florida for the last 5 years, we are excited for a change in pace to travel up to the Northeast with our children. We want to have them experience snow, being near the ocean and lakes, and hiking in the mountains.

As we have used vacation rental providers all over the United States for our travels, we are so excited to be a host of multiple properties! We love our home in Hampton Beach, with the amazing views, the updated inside, setting the setting near all the shopping and restaurants you could want! Let's not forget the nightly fireworks display over the ocean that the local tend to put on, and the city puts on every Wednesday night during peak travel dates.

There is a gas fireplace for those cool nights, two sitting areas that overlook the beach (one off the master bedroom, and one on the first floor newest room). If you can't handle the stairs to the upper floors, in the main floor bedroom there is an attached, full bathroom, and wet bar with mini fridge.
