We had a great time for my moms 80th she had an ocean view from her room. Everything was with in a few steps for her, Perfect for the family to gather and have fun. Lots to do for everyone's enjoyment.

5/5 stars.Great location right across from beach. Cute cottage within a little cottage community. Excellent communication. Clean, well layed out. Plenty of communal space, but also some private nooks. Nice little outdoor space with picnic table and gas grill. Nice little upstairs deck with gas fire pit. Highly recommend and I hope to be back.

Another wonderful stay at this ideal beach location. The home is so cozy and comfortable with every amenity we could want. We couldn't have asked for a more communicative host. So easy to reach and accommodating. We can't wait to return again!

The home was very clean and had some nice updates. Nice view of the water from the deck. The property is in a very convenient location for walking to shops, restaurants and beach. I would recommend this home to friends and family.

Perfect location

Beautiful home right next to the beach and within walking distance of the downtown area. Could watch the fireworks from the deck.

family weekend

We had a lovely stay in town to attend a family member's graduation. The house was well stocked, convenient and charmingly decorated. We enjoyed the ocean views and proximity right on the NH Seascoast.

Family Beach Vacation

Excellent location with plenty of room for our family of five. Direct beach access, off street parking, central air, front porch, and an awesome balcony upstairs to check out the fireworks! Memories for a lifetime.

Great home and location

We had a great stay in this lovely house for our family! Great location and walking distance to many great restaurants. The beach right in front of the house was our favorite corner of the beach with all the cool rocks. Fun for all!
