Great Space

Smell the salty air, listen to crashing waves, watch the tides come and go in the marsh, grill ribs and steaks as you watch stunning sunsets over the marsh, and be only 2 blocks from getting sand in your toes on the famed Hampton Beach while enjoying the busy main drag of Hampton Beach! This corner lot on Island Path boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large kitchen/dining area, separate living room, central air, front porch areas, and large side deck (with propane grill and separate refrigerator!), and outdoor shower. Walk barefoot on the lawn, relax in the hammock, kick back on the side deck outdoor dining area (seats 6). Breathe in the calmness of vacation right near wonderful Hampton Beach. Three bedrooms (full, queen, twin bunk beds) and a sleep sofa the living room. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and full-sized refrigerator. Washer/dryer at no charge. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Driveway parks 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Dog friendly but PLEASE check the pet box during your reservation if you are bringing your pet. No smoking or firearms permitted on the property.

Linda was a wonderful host. Even while visiting this beach house in November with 4 guests and 2 dogs,, we had a great stay. Is also located in a very welcoming and dog friendly neighborhood. Would definitely visit again!

Easy-peasy and lovely! The cottage is very clean, comfortable, well equipped and just a five minute walk from the beach. Linda, the hostess, is great. She was easily accessible, but because everything was in good order and well marked, there was no need to call her. I don’t think you can go wrong choosing this cottage for your next stay in Hampton.

Perfectly titled as “Great Space”! We loved this adorable little house. The hosts have created a wonderful and welcoming atmosphere, in a great location at Hampton Beach. Our group of friends had just the right amount of space and enjoyed our stay fully.

Linda has thought about every little detail in this house.I don't want to say too much, because I don't want too many people to know about this space:) Beach is two blocks away, which is an easy walk, yet far enough away so you don't hear the traffic. Trust me, you will love this cottage.

Great rental home. Many options for relaxing on the back deck, front porch or enclosed front porch. Nice shaded yard with a hammock. Great neighborhood. Grill and fridge on the deck were nice to have. The bicycles provided were also a nice plus.

Perfect family vacation!!

The house was spacious and had everything we needed and more! The outdoor shower was amazing and perfect for getting the sand off the kiddos after the beach. Linda and Bill were responsive and gracious hosts! We will be back!

Host very responsive. Well located close enough to beach but away from crowds/noise. Everything you need inside/outside the house. Perfect location for our little dog/teens. We found matress/pillows too soft, could be renewed.Great experience!

The cottage layout made it feel spacious. Linda was very nice & quick to reply if I had questions. The location is lovely & quiet but walkable to the attractions. The central AC is fantastic & outdoor shower a nice bonus.

Perfect beach house!

Great beach house just a few minutes walk to the beach. Quiet street and pleasant neighbors. The owners were very nice and quickly responsive to a small issue. Highly recommend!

Beach cottage

We needed a temporary space and wanted to be near beach and it was perfect, especially with our dogs! Linda was amazing and accomaditing every step of the way!

This house has it all! So clean and comfortable, very well stocked, and the location is excellent. We absolutely loved being just a short walk to the beach. Linda and Bill were very responsive, although barely needed since they'd already taken care of everything for us (thanks so much!). We would definitely stay there again.
