This was a very nice place to stay in Lido Key next to Sarasota. The condo was close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping at St. Armands Circle. It’s a four minute walk to the beach and a great Tiki bar.

Great condo, great location, easily walk to the circle and the beach. Very cute 2nd floor unit, nicely decorated, very clean, everything one would need is there. The kitchen is well stocked. King bed is comfortable, it was just the two of us and we never tried the 2nd bedroom. Janice was an amazing hostess. She was in frequent contact to make sure we were happy and having a good time. The 5-star rating is well deserved. It’s perfect for a couple or small family. Would not hesitate to stay again and likely will soon! Thank you Janice for everything!

Lovely, very clean and comfortable apartment, looks exactly like in the picture. It is in perfect location close to everything we needed, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and 12 minutes walking distance to St Armands Circle. We enjoyed our two weeks stay there . Jan was a great host, it was very easy to communicate with her. She let us to check in a few hours earlier. We definitely recommend Jan’s apartment and looking forward to stay there next time when we come to Sarasota.

Sunshine on Lido was so perfect for our 5 day stay! The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and beautiful while still being in close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We loved the designated undercover parking spot. Inside we found the condo to be just as described in the listing and CLEAN! We only used the King bed which was comfy and cozy. Jan and Chris thought of everything - even a small library of books, beach bags, coolers, chairs, umbrella, and a cart for toting on beach day. I would not hesitate to book with them again or recommend their place to friends and family.

This was the perfect place for our 5 night mother daughter get away! The condo had everything we needed; comfortable beds, plenty of towels, a well equipped kitchen stocked with thoughtful items like seasonings, cooking spray, coffee filters, a toaster and any cookware we needed! We used the beach cart with the chairs, beach towels and umbrellas that were provided every day! It’s a short walk to the beautiful Lido Key beach and an easy walk to St Armand’s Circle, where we found amazing restaurants and shops! We easily Ubered over to Sarasota too! The host was super friendly and accommodating and we hope to return some day. We highly recommend this property!
