Great location! Steps away from the beautiful beach. Great host! Be mindful that washer/dryer are in the same building, but not in the condo itself.

Great find near Lido Key Beach

We stayed for 5 nights in a 2 BR unit on the second floor. It was comfortable and literally one (longish) block to the Pavilion and main entrance to Lido Key Beach which was incredibly beautiful. Gino provided beach towels and wagons to carry beach items easily. We hope to stay there again when we return to the area where we have a brother and sister in law.

Amazing location and a nice home away from home.

Amazing location in a very upscale residential area just 2 blocks from the ocean. Short drive or nice walk to the square with a huge selection of restaurants. Quiet clean condo was exactly what we needed. Will definitely stay again. Quick communication with owner, easy check in and check out. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen for making quick snacks.

Perfect location

The property was very clean and quiet and came with everything we needed for a short stay. I appreciated the beach wagons that were available to haul our stuff to the beach and also the beach toys for my 5 year old. This property is in a perfect location, with a short walk to the beach and also to St. Armands Circle. Would definitely book again!

Cute and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The area was very quiet. The beds were comfortable. It is also very conveniently located- close to the beach and the circle.

Definitely recommend

Great location to beach access and St Armand’s Circle for food, shopping, etc. Clean and accommodating apartment. Very much enjoyed our stay and will do so again when we travel to the Sarasota area again!

Great location :) Beach an easy 3-4 minute walk, great beach. St Armands circle for eating and shopping east 10 minute walk. Check in and out very simple, and place was well appointed and comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect for family

This was the perfect home and location for our family! Location was a short one block walk to the beach. There were beach wagons to use, as well as toys, towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler to use. The home was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely want to stay here again!

Excellent value

Excellent location, condo was nice and clean. Only downside to our week was the redtide on the beach but there was plenty to do away from the beach when it was at it's worst.

5 minute walk to Lido Beach Pavilion

A free trolley 2 blocks away will take you to South Lido Park, St. Armands Circle and Main Street in Sarasota. Apartment is very clean and provides the basics for a short stay. Hosts are friendly and gracious. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach 2 blocks away is perfect for families. Clean sand, clear water, lifeguards and a shaded pavilion with food concession and a small bar with local beers on tap.

Excellent apartment!

The apartment was extremely clean and also had great presentation with little touches! The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with anything you might need. The bathroom was also really nice and provided you with some extras. The beds were super comfortable. The living room had a large TV and enough seating for the four of us. We loved the short walk to the beach and St. Armand's Circle. The location was also great for its proximity to restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Great experience and loved how close we were to the beach and St Armand’s Circle. Even though the weather wasn’t great we got to walk the beach everyday. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Everything we needed for cooking, sleeping and beaching was available for our use. Our host Gino was attentive and so very helpful through out the stay. Even providing extra blankets for the very cold nights. (Without us even having to ask). Highly recommend if you want to be close to the beach.

Conveniently located beach apartment

Gino and Janine are wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with over text message. The apartment is only 1 block from a public beach so its in an amazing location and so convenient. The hosts provide everything you need for a great beach stay- cooler, chairs, umbrella. We did find one cockroach on our last night in the bedroom which I have been told may be normal for the area however was alarming to find otherwise the apartment was very clean and well put together. Thanks for hosting us

For the area and price - well worth it!

The location was fantastic (one block from beach, short walk to Armands Circle, etc.) and, for the area, I'm not sure you could beat the price. The owner/property manager was incredibly responsive and accessible (only minutes to get replies via text/email). The property could use a bit of a facelift (mostly cosmetic) and, yes, we did see/find one cockroach in our unit while we were there - but, it's a tropical area, so not totally atypical even with the best treatments. Happy/fine with all for what we paid. . .

Hidden Lido Gem!

We truly could not have been happier with our stay here! We’ve visited Sarasota many times with this being our first staying near Lido Beach. The property is a quick, convenient walk to the beach in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There are oodles of amenities like the listing described - Gino & Janine provide just about everything you can think of to make the stay comfortable and feel like home. We especially appreciated being able to check in a couple hours earlier than the listing said (handy with a young kiddo!), easy parking, and crisp A/C! You also can’t go wrong with the price! Gino was extremely responsive and clear in his communication, much like messaging a friend. We will absolutely stay here again!

Spring Break 2023

This old 1950’s building has 10 units and is surrounded by million dollar homes and very close to the beach. The patio area with aged furniture and rusty grills that have seen better days, is adjacent to the parking lot, so that’s your view. My family took a walk while I napped and locked the door when they left. The door would not unlock from the inside (fire hazard). There is a patio door that I ended up opening and it was so dilapidated that we struggled to get it reseated on the track and closed properly. We encountered some insects, roaches, and some tiny gnat looking bugs in the cabinets. When I told the owner about the roaches her response was “yep, those are palmetto bugs. I’m not going to spray because we have a service that sprays regularly.” We tried to ignore the first roach, seen in the bathroom, and we kept all of our food in ziploc storage bags or the refrigerator; but after we saw the second one in the cabinet with the dishes, we were just done. Couldn’t relax, didn’t want to cook or eat in the unit. There was really nowhere to relax in the evening, unless you want to look at the cars in the parking lot. The unit is small. There is a washer and dryer that tenants can use after 4 pm daily. The beds were comfortable. There was an attempted abduction at St. Armand’s circle while we were there, also gave us an unsettling feeling. The beaches are beautiful. There’s a public pool close to the beach but it had limited hours due to staffing.
