Home away from home.

This home was cozy and comfortable. My family and I were attending a loved one's funeral over two days in Las Cruces and we felt very secure and close to family there. Communication with the owners was kind kind.

Wonderful neighborhood. A very pleasant home with all the conveniences needed for a few day’s stay. Overall, a very clean home. We appreciated the clearly given and posted expectations. Televisions in each room is definitely a plus, as well as plenty of parking, including the garage.

Nice welcome to Las Cruces

This was our first VRBO experience and will not be our last! We spent two weeks at this property to get better acquainted with Las Cruces and start house hunting. Host Kyle was super helpful and responsive. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchenware enabled cooking a few meals. We left feeling relaxed, energized and looking forward to returning.

Great quiet place and location

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay place was quiet and loved the space in the house and how modern it was. I had no problems whatsoever and the owner really takes care of you! I will definitely be looking to staying with this property owner for my next time I am down here.

This property is not clean. The refrigerator had to be cleaned before we put our food in. There is hair in all the drawers in bathrooms and used Qtips. The dresser drawers are not clean - found a used tissue in one. The master shower was not clean - hair clogging the drain. Shelf for shampoo when wiped was black. Front of cabinets in kitchen greasy and there are crumbs on the shelves.

This house was very clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Kyle, our host was very responsive and communicated with us quickly every time we had a question. A couple of rugs on the tile floors would have warmed the place up some since mornings were chilly during our stay, but that's the only improvement I can think of. Thanks Kyle!

The house was sparsely furnished with cast-off items and not well kept, bordering on dirty. It was not at all up to the standards we're accustomed to with previous VRBO rentals in Las Cruces at the same price. I recommend avoiding this home unless it's for out of town guests that you don't like.

Lotus Blossom stay

Nice, new home with quick access to nearby attractions. Brand new modern, family neighborhood growing up around this home. Lots of kid oriented features; parks behind home with different types of recreation, White Sands fairly close by. We wanted a sunny getaway and found that for a few days. Thanks for a nice time.

Great Place

The location is terrific. I hiked in the wilds of the Dona Ana mountains quite a few times, about 30 minutes from the front door. But also 10 minutes to the main business artery. Wonderful backyard for our bulldog, plenty of room in the house. Good neighborhood. Since we were there for a month, we wanted a good TV and this one had everything we wanted. A very good vacation.

The home was comfortable. The rooms were a good size. The patio was relaxing and a good view. It had a jet bathtub. The filter need to be clean out. But it was nice. I wish I had time to be there longer. I would f see yay there again.

5 Days stay in Las Cruces

Most uncomfortable beds ever ! Ended up sleeping on the couch for 2 nights. Can’t park in the garage as there isn’t any remote for garage door opener ( was told by owner they are not available) . My husband actually pulled weeds that were huge in the front yard. We didn’t get any check out instructions. We will never stay there again

upon arrival we noticed the house was dirty; crumbs on the kitchen shelves, floor dirt looked like it was swept into the pantry floor, black dog hair everywhere, vacuum cleaner was plugged up so we needed to unplug before using, dryer lint filter was also plugged. Dog hair, lint, and clothes behind the dryer. Dog hair in the master bedroom tub. We were unable to put any recycle or garbage in the containers as they were both packed full. We told all this to the host, he apologized and had another cleaner come address the items we mentioned. That cleaner was there for over 4 hours. 2 weeks later we had guests and they could not sleep in the beds. In 1 bed there were used kleenex between the sheets and in the other dog hair in the sheets. We had to wash all the linen in order for them to sleep in the beds. I mentioned this to the host and his reply was "well I sent over a new cleaner to adjust the first items you mentioned". I replied "what about the beds?". The host never responded.

Host Cancelled Hours Prior to Arrival!

Wow, host cancelled as we were only 90 minutes out of Las Cruces. The reasoning was that the housecleaning crew quit the day of. Host was unresponsive to messages and we were left out to dry with two dogs and no place to stay. Thank goodness for VRBO as they found us a place to stay Friday night and covered the cost. We had to cut the weekend short as our dogs don’t do well in a hotel.

Great place to stay!

This was the first time booking VRBO and I was somewhat apprehensive. The process was so easy and Kyle was very responsive to my questions. Checkin process was a breeze. The house is in a newly developed area and had everything I didn’t even think we needed like a washer, dryer, all kitchen appliances. It felt like home! We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

House was very clean and organized and located on a quiet street. Enclosed backyard was great for our 2 year old to play with the dog without worry. Check in and check out process was very simple. Comfy beds and plenty of room for everyone!

Excellent home!

This home was great for our family. Our granddaughters LOVED the jacuzzi tub and the dogs loved the back yard. The home was super clean and equipped with everything you need. Even had sleds to take to White Sands National Park! Planning a trip back.
