The property is exactly as pictured and was absolutely perfect. It was up a very steep hill, but that wasn’t a problem as there is a bus stop just at the bottom of the hill. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood and is gated, so very safe.

Neat and quiet

Very comfortable hideout for a couple. Apartment was perfectly maintained, with a locked garage and a great outdoor pool. Close to the beach and shops. It's on a very steep hill, so walkers beware.

A perfect stay.

This is a great place. Fresh and clean with new appliances everywhere. I couldn't have asked for a better place. The large balcony was an extra plus. Communication was perfect throughout, with Nicole being very responsive whenever I had an issue. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I would happily stay there again.

Second time in Cannes

We were there the second time. Again it's been great! Cleanliness was very good but a few minor things could be improved. Apartment is highly recommended, though!

Lovely, but lacking supplies. Communication wasn't easy.

Lovely flat. Extremely clean. However, it is lacking a bit of supplies (e.g. there was only one soap for shower, working both as bodywash and shampoo, and hands soap. Towels wern't enough and had to use the beach towel as an additional one). Communication was really hard as the owner does not speak english AT ALL. To organise checkout she used the Voice Synthetizer of Google Translate while talking on the phone. The flat is quite hard to reach by foot being on top of a hill with no public transport. Either go by car or assume you will use Uber for every movement.

Bonjour Paola, Je retiens vos conseils pour le shampooing et l'équipement en savon du lavabo. Je suis désolée que vous n'ayiez pas trouvé la réserve des serviettes de douche qui se trouvait sur l'étagère au-dessus de la penderie. La CROIX des GARDES est effectivement une des colline très prisée de CANNES car résidentielle et qui permet de se ressourcer dans la verdure et le calme. J'espère que vous garderez quand même un bon souvenir de votre séjour. Nicole.

L’appartement est situé dans une belle résidence et est très agréable à vivre au quotidien. Nous avons été très bien accueillies et tout s’est bien passé. L’appartement est situé dans les hauteurs de Cannes et est légèrement excentré, ce qui peut rendre les déplacements plus difficiles lorsque l’on est pas véhiculés, et donc tributaires des transports, qui ne sont pas toujours fiables.

L'appartement était à la hauteur de la description à 100%. L'entrée était très accueillante et l'appartement extrêmement propre et fonctionnel. L'appartement donnait l'impression d'avoir été récemment rénové en termes de cuisine et de toilettes. Sehr sauber, ruhige Gegend, schöner Pool, privater abgeschlossener Parkplatz, gemütliches Schlafsofa und sehr freundliche Vermieterin! Einzig bei sehr warmen Wetter der Rückweg zum Haus von der Innenstadt war anstrengend, aber auch das ist machbar.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement est très bien situé à quelques minutes de la plage en voiture et la résidence avec piscine est magnifique. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut et nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui est très gentille et à l’écoute. La communication a été simple avec Nicole et elle était disponible lorsque nous avions des questions. Nous reviendrons et merci encore !
