Newly built farmhouse-style retreat with in-ground pool and private beach access in the heart of the North Fork. This lovely home offers everything for the perfect summer- a private sandy beach, access to all the best wineries and restaurants in the North Fork, a large in-ground pool, and safe, quiet private street. This spacious 4 bedroom home has double height ceilings, two living areas, flat screen TV and wifi with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a wood burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, full landscaping and outdoor furniture, new Weber gas grill- ample space to relax and enjoy both indoor and out. There are multiple dining areas including a screened in porch and 12 seater table on the outdoor patio. The 4th bedroom is small with a daybed that converts to a king size bed. Second bedroom has two twins, Third has a full size bed. The master has a king plus seating area.
