Half bath located downstairs with front load washer and dryer. Walking distance to downtown Oneonta. Central air and Flat screen televisions in every bedroom as well as the living room with WiFi and cable. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, and appliances. Great back yard with grill and outdoor dining chairs.

A wonderful experience. The town is so cute. The house had everything we needed. So close to all star village. We were able to drive back and forth between games to rest. Washer and dryer were easily accessible. Owner came with batteries when asked if remote was broken. Very responsive. Town had Walmart and a BJs. WellNow urgent clinic is great (just in case). Seriously, you will not be disappointed.

Cooperstown baseball visit

We came in for a week for the Cooperstown baseball tournament and had a great time at the property. It was very clean, organized, and convenient for our stay. Crystal, the owner, was very easy to communicate with for any questions we had. 5 stars! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the home of baseball!

Great Stay

Attended a little league tournament. Had a great stay. Very clean. Appliances up to date. Not too far from Cooperstown Hall of Fame and Cooperstown Dreams Park. Highly recommend. Host was very good communicating. Responses were quick.

Convenient to downtown, colleges, and All Star Village

The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed during our family visit to Oneonta, including laundry and a full kitchen. It was an easy walk to a good family restaurant and an ice cream parlor, and right around the corner from Main Street and the shops and restaurants that make up Oneonta's downtown. A grocery store was a short drive away. Crystal was an excellent host, and we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Spot for All-Star Village Stay

Perfect location! It takes less than 10 minutes to commute to All-Star Village, walking distance to downtown Oneonta and restaurants. The house itself is great. Common space and kitchen are spacious, bedrooms are all set up great with a television in each, and the natural light in the place is wonderful. Crystal was very quick to respond and such a pleasant person to communicate with. Would highly recommended this home to baseball families heading to All-Star Village!

Perfect for Cooperstown All-Star Village. Nice home with old charm, updated kitchen & laundry, and TVs in each room. Communication was with the owner was what it needed to be (email/text) and they were available (but not needed). Would recommend it for any family going to Cooperstown All-Star Village.

Great For Cooperstown ASV Families

House was perfect for our stay while our son played at All Star Village. Location was close enough to the fields and to the Main Street area. We were not there all that much based on schedule so cannot really speak much on the kitchen, but the rest of the house was comfortable and cozy. Fairly quiet location. Crystal was great to deal with. Answered our few questions quickly. Check in/out process was easy. Would definitely recommend.

This house is clean, spacious, and very conveniently located. I stayed here with my family while my son was at Cooperstown All Star Village for the week - which was less than 10 minute away. Lots of dining options in the area that are all about 10 minutes (or less) away. Walmart, groceries, and movie theater are also nearby. While the house itself might be a bit older, the inside is very clean, well maintained, and fully furnished. Airflow is great throughout the house and rooms are pretty spacious. The washer and dryer were a big PLUS and they certainly came in handy! Highly recommended!

Definitely not the "exceptional" review stated online. This place is dated, amenities are few, and the property had/has a major sewage leak underside the house causing a mold smell throughout. VRBO has been contacted several times and has ignored every attempt at addressing the issue. The host was notified but also ignored any type of resolution. Horrible business practice! Be careful with VRBO as what you see is obviously not what you get.

Very Clean, Very Nice

This place was impressively clean. AC works great. Has all the appliances to cook, only salt and pepper. No spices, oil, etc. Coffee pot, air fryer, toaster oven, toaster, pots pans... Cable tv in all rooms. My only complaint is the plastic sheets on the mattress. We sweat our butts off sleeping. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We brought our family to Oneonta to stay because our son played at Cooperstown. Super convenient location near All Star Village. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. Very well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals everyday! Owner was very quick to respond and was extremely wonderful to talk to! If we ever venture to this location again, this will be the place we will look to stay again!!

Great location close to All Star Village and plenty of in town amenities. Check-in/out process quick and easy. Responsive management and owner. House was very clean and perfect for our week of baseball! Highly recommend!

Close to CASV

The pictures do not give this old house justice. The central air worked perfectly and the house was clean. Honestly, the beds were a little uncomfortable and the steps were creaking but for this price and the convenience, I still give it 5 stars. Our family had a great time staying here while my son played at CASV. Loved how close it was to the park and just about anything. We had an issue with the freezer when we checked in and Crystal helped us out. Communication was excellent! I was hesitant to rent this house because there weren't any reviews at the time I made the reservation on VRBO, but I'm glad that it didn't stop me. We would return again! We left some pins from our baseball team for the next baseball family.

Baseball House

This was a great property, close to Cooperstown All Star Village. We were out and about with baseball and this was a great place to relax when we were done with games.
