The refurbished apartment is composed by a large living room with kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms & restrooms and a private patio !

The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe 10 min, Louvre.
Prime location, with great cafe, restaurants, bars around. As well as catering, local traditional Parisian market and perfect place for shopping.

Eine stark renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung:Waschbecken im Bad mit defektem Abfluss, anderer Waschtisch mit ekeligen gelben Flecken, im Patio ein zerschlagener Holzstuhl, marode Türstöcke...Unklar, wie es zu den guten Bewertungen kam! Nur die Betten waren gut.Dazu zwar stufenloser Zugang zu Wohnung (Rollstuhl), aber sehr enger Zugang zur Dusche mit 1 Stufe. Nach einer Nacht sind wir ins Hotel geflohen! Leider war der Besitzer nicht bereit, im Preis nachzulassen - trotz der Beweisfotos.

Paris ist eine Reise wert , etwas mehr Komfort hätten wir gerne gehabt

Der Kontakt mit Laurent Vital war sehr gut. Er ist sehr freundlich , antwortet und kümmert sich schnell bei Problemen.Wohnzimmer und Küche waren gut ausgestattet, es gab Papier, Seife , Tabs , etwas Zucker und Kaffee. Es gab genug Hand- und DuschtücherIn einem Schlafzimmer fehlte die eine Tür vom Schrank ( sie stand neben des Schranks) und die Dusche hatte Schimmel am Rand des Bodens.Es gab keine einzige Hacken für Handtücher.Im Sofa vom Wohnzimmer waren Eierschalen auf dem Bettlaken.Am letzen Abend haben wir einen großen Wasserschaden gehabt , kommend aus einem oberen Stock. Der Flur war komplett nass in der Nacht, die Mauer und die Decke auch. Es war sehr laut. Die erste Nacht wurde oben bis 4 Uhr nachts gesprochen. Am letzten Abend waren 20 Personen in einer Wohnung im letzten Stock bis Mittenacht.Wir haben trotzdem eine sehr gute Zeit mit unseren Freunden verbracht, das Frühstück und 2 Abendessen zusammen in der Wohnung genossen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Rue Poncelet sind hervorragend. Der Viertel ist mit dem Metro sehr gut erreichbar und sehr zentral.

Appartement très bien situé et une équipe au top pour vous accueillir, à l’écoute et disponible. Dans une impasse donc pas de bruit de la rue, et au rez de chaussé donc bien pratique quand on est chargé.

Posizione Perfetta!

Casa carina e con tutto il necessario per una visita dii qualche giorno della città. Eravamo in 8, 4 adulti e 4 bambini e gli spazi sono stati più che sufficienti. Posizione perfetta, a due passi dall'Arc de triomphe e dalla metropolitana. Nelle vicinanze un bel parco con area dedicata ai bambini e locali molto carini.
