Magnificent and spacious four bedroom apartment with a vast reception, fully equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer . Close to main metro stations (line 1, line 6, RERA ... two minutes walk) with connections and access to all parts of Paris as well as the banlieu. Easy transport to airports, train stations and coach stations that connects to all Europe. Close to all tourist destinations, 3 min walk from the Arc de Triomphe, 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower, 10 mins by metro directly to the Louvre. Quick access to autolib stations where you can rent electrical cars, velib stations where you can rent bicycles. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, patisseries (famous French bakeries ) and pharmacies seconds away from the building . Very secure and lively area. Third floor with elevator. View of the arc de Truimph from the living room window.

This was my family's first trip to Paris. We couldn't have picked a better rental. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, clean, and centrally located to everything. Maissa was a wonderful host. She gave us great details on how to use the metro and gave us recommendations for grocery stores. If we ever come back to Paris this will be the only place we stay. Our first trip to Paris was such an amazing and unforgettable experience!

We were a group of six adults visiting Paris and found this apartment to be absolutely perfect! Close enough to everything we wanted to see, but with enough distance to allow for quiet nights for sleeping. The metro was only a block away, and we were able to access every place we were unable to reach by walking. There was also an incredible bakery across the street that made amazing croissants and other baked goods! Maissa gave us excellent directions for accessing the apartment and was available to us at all times. She also provided helpful tips about how to use the metro and about local markets. The apartment was beautiful and could easily sleep 12 people if needed! We will certainly try to book again the next time we are in Paris!

We stayed for 1 wek and the apartment is roomy and excellent location with bistros and bakery right there. However a few things should be addressed. It is listed as a 2 1/2 bathrooms when really it is 1 full then 1 having a sink and toilet and the other a shower and toilet. Also we were told there was a lift with a few stairs to get down. There were 10 stairs and for 70 year old ladies it was a challenge getting heavy suitcases in. Furnishings are dated and needs new pillows and towels. Dishwasher did not work at all. We had a difficult time entering , after a few days, since key would not work, which was scary. Owner did reply quickly and sent help , the next day, to fix it.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family! The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with amenities and every appliance we needed - absolutely no problems with using any of the appliances. There was plenty of room to stretch out and the furniture and beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect as well. An easy 4 minute walk to the metro and we all loved walking across the street to the patisserie/boulangerie to get fresh pastries and bread every morning! And I loved walking out the door and seeing the Arche de Triumph and strolling the Champs de Lysee. We ate at a different local café every evening, all within easy walks through enjoyable neighborhoods. The owner is the most attentive we have ever had. She communicated with us before and checked on us during our stay. She helped make our stay perfect! This will definitely be our place to stay whenever we visit Paris.

Wonderful Property

We booked this property for two families of 4. 8 people total with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. This location was amazing and the apartment was great. The host was easy to work with as we arrived early on US flights and helping us navigate our luggage as the place was being cleaned.

Everything about this rental was terrific. Great communication from host starting when I rented to when we left. The apartment was perfect for our family vacation, including 3 families for a total of 8 people. With 4 bedrooms which had plenty of room, one large bathroom, 2 toilets, and a second shower room made getting ready easy. It was equipped with all the necessities, making it easy to come in and relax after flying all day. This is definitely a great place to stay. Location is great. The host was excellent. We would stay here again. A true gem. Thanks to our host!

Central Paris apartment

Great location in central Paris blocks from the Arc. Metro station a block away and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Large, comfortable apartment with all the amenities needed for a short or long visit to Paris. Communication with the property manager was fast and easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Paris.

Fantastic location and so spacious!!

A Room with a View

Amazing place in the heart of Paris

My family had a great stay. The amenities were abundant and thoughtful. The location was a short 10-15 minute walk to the champs elysee and arc de triomphe. There were several restaurants and cafes adjacent to the building or a short walk away. The host was attentive and responsive to our questions. We would stay here again. Thank you for the experience.
