Gorgeous first floor condo in the heart of Downtown Frederick! Just a short walk to downtown dining, shopping and bars. This condo offers a modern open floor plan including a large living room, spacious dining room, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances & upgraded lighting. The owners suite is complete with a beautiful full bathroom including a large shower with 16" rain shower head, double bowl vanity & a walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom and full bathroom off the main hallway.

The location was perfect - walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Frederick. The place was clean and comfortable for 2 couples.

Cute condo in Frederick. We stayed here for a girls weekend. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and within walking distance, sense of restaurants, coffee, and shopping.

The location could not be! We were easily able to walk all around Frederick. Beds were comfortable, showers, very fancy, and space was neat and clean!

Frederick getaway

The property is close to the creek, restaurants, and shops. It was a perfect place to stay for a getaway. It’s a large space with modern updates.

Frederick weekend

Great location and close to downtown. Condo is completely renovated with plenty of space. The bed in the master bedroom could use updating but overall this was perfect for a short weekend and we enjoyed our stay

The best aspect of this condo is the location to all of the shops and dining. Fredrick is a charming town which is very walkable , filled with beautiful gardens, and charming old buildings. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Parking is in rear of building.

Exactly What We Needed

We were so happy with this property. There is plenty of space to spread out. It is fantastic to be so close to downtown Frederick. Also, the parking space in the alley is convenient to have.

Clean home and well stocked. Great location!

The home is spacious and well stocked. Very clean and very close to the Fredrick downtown where we could walk to for dinner. The master bath had no hot water though, so we ended up using only the guest shower during our stay.

The condo was great but we were unaware that there would be people staying above us. Luckily it was only part of the time because the children running and jumping upstairs sounded like a herd of buffalo. Additionally, the owner should invest in pillows more than 1 inch thick.

Get away

This was a perfect property for my friend and I to stay in for a few days. It’s only a couple of blocks from Market Street where we walked, did some shopping and ate at local restaurants including a couple of pubs.
