Great base for La Tranche and the beach

Tucked away in a quiet residential area, an easy walk to the beach and town centre. Perfect for 2 yr old grandson with the small lawned enclosed garden. All facilities provided for and especially convenient for the massive Super U a 2 minute walk away.

Absoulety loved the property. Even more beautiful once you walk in the door. Molly was awesome and got back to me on any questions I had quickly. The beds were very comfortable and the place was spotless! We loved the screened in porch. We spent the day floating by the dock and the neighbors came right over and talked to us. We rented a boat at Fifty Fifty Watersports which was just a block away and had the best time! We did not want to leave. We are already planning our vacation for next year here!

Disappointed and basic.

Very basic accommodation and not worth the cost. Some areas were not clean and beds uncomfortable. Crockery and utensils were old. Although property within walking distance of amenities it was situated at an end of a row of garages. The property needs updating and needs to be more comfortable. It is not as it looks in photos. Very disappointing

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem netten, sehr hübsch eingerichteten Häuschen verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war mit allem was man zum Kochen benötigt ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr. Betten sehr bequem und nicht durchgelegen.Die Nahversorgung hätte nicht besser sein können. In 300m Entfernung befindet sich ein großer Supermarkt, ein Geschäft mit frisches Obst, Gemüse, Fleisch, Käse, Wurst und Backwaren. Gleich daneben findet man ein Fischgeschäft das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Alles hat täglich geöffnet. In nur 5 min zu Fuß ist man am Strand der ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist, da hier die Wellen nicht sehr stark sind. In nur 5 Min. mit dem Auto kommt man an den Plage de la Terrière der wunderschön ist mit durchaus größeren Wellen.Zusammengefasst können wir diese Unterkunft in dieser Lage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Profiter de la mer

La maison se trouve tout près de la mer, du supermarché et des restaurants et bistrots. La Tranche sur Mer est une ville magnifique et la plage est merveilleuse. La maison est bien équippée et a suffisament de place pour quatre personnes. Il faul savoir que les lits français font 1,90 m. Christophe est très sympa et joignable. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. On va revenir!

Bonne location près de la plage

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans cette location et tout s'est bien passé. Les points positifs: propre et situé dans une impasse au calme, tout est accessible à pied (plage, commodités, centre- ville). La literie est d'une qualité satisfaisante. Par contre les équipements fournis (notamment ceux de la cuisine et ceux pour faire le ménage) mériteraient un rafraichissement. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du barbecue mis à disposition, la faute au temps capricieux.

Das Objekt hat durch den Garten und die Garage eine optimale Größe für Familien mit Kindern. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und man kann direkt am Haus parken. Die Bushaltestelle des kostenlosen Buses ist ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür und der Einkaufsladen fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen.

Calme et pratique

Maison au calme, avec un jardin sans vis-à-vis. La plage est à quelques minutes à pied, encore moins en vélo. L'arrêt de bus au bout de l'impasse. Bien équipée et spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Le contact facile et disponible pour les besoins divers. Rien à redire, je recommande !

Séjour à la tranche sur mer

Bonjour Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec le soleil tous les jours. Le logement est très agréable et propre,au calme Dommage ne avoir vu personne à état des lieux entré et sortie pour avoir des infos tel que ou déposer les verres et la plancha ne fonctionne pas apparemment il y avait plus de gaz. Nous avons pu joindre Mme poulain Christine qui devait passer mais nous ne avons jamais vu. Peut être mettre plus infos sur les consignes pour les verres et indiquer ou il se trouve et prévoir une bouteille de gaz au cas ou elle est vide. Nous garderons de très bons souvenirs de se séjour Cordialement Mme sourice

Nous sommes désolé pour la plancha, il y a du avoir un disfonctionnement car nous venons de vérifier et elle fonctionne mais il ne faut pas hésiter à nous appeler personnellement dans ces cas là. Concernant le tri nous mettons à votre disposition une poubelle pour les verres et une poubelle pour les emballages dont nous assurons par la suite le ramassage. Christine a eu un contretemps lors de votre séjour mais vous pouvez toujours nous joindre en cas de problème.
