Perfect location and a comfortable space

In a perfect spot just north of downtown Dunedin, great amenities and good communication from Katie resulted in a great stay!

Short ride to honeymoon island

Unit is spacious, clean and has everything you need to go to beach,cook in and take a refreshing dip in the pool. Just a 10 minute drive to the causeway and honeymoon island. We would definitely return!!

The Eagles Nest was the perfect spot for our week in Dunedin. A block from the Pinellas Trail and a short walk from downtown. Katie was super easy to work with!

Good location

Enjoyed our stay! Good location close to downtown Dunedin and Pinellas trail. Kitchen supplies need to be updated a bit and streaming on main tv didn’t always work very well. Definitely would stay here again!

Fun stay

Everything was great. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and a great location centralized to the area of downtown Dunedin. Greeted with water and Lorna doons! Also, really enjoyed the pool! Plus, a very accommodating host as well as wonderful sunset views.

We had issues with the a/c when we arrived. Owner had sometime there in less than s half hour. It messed up a second time. Had someone out quickly again. Also gave us access to the neighboring unit that was unoccupied

Dunedin trip

The property was very new and clean. It’s in a great location within walking distance to downtown. Also, the walk along the water to the marina was really beautiful. Owners were quick to respond if needed and friendly.

Great location, exactly as advertised😎

I was in town for a senior BBall tourney so having the hot tub and an in-unit washer/dryer was important to me. Very clean an freak looking unit. While the condo is next to a street the sounds were not an issue for me. Dunedin is a very quaint area with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great stay!

Great Stay

My husband and I stayed in the Eagles’s Nest Unit. So very happy with everything about the unit. Lots of room. Very neat and clean. The unit is a short walk to downtown Dunedin with all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again. Thank you Katie!!!

Friends Getaway

The property was very nice. The downside was that it was right on a busy street and very noisy. The nearby Honeymoon Beach State Park was very disappointing. Very rocky beach that made it hard to get in the water. The area was just not for me and my friend.

Nice place, great location, a bit noisy

The location and unit itself was great. Also the communication with VRBO was timely and helpful. Our only challenge was the noise - from the unit above. The unit is not well soundproofed. You hear people walking and opening & closing closets. Unfortunately when we were there, the people above were noisy until midnight. As a nice touch, ear plugs were provided....Would go back again.

close to downtown

This is a lovely property - clean, comfy and spacious. The kitchen offers lots of counterspace and newer appliances, and a nice round table with room for 4. Washer and dryer in unit was very convenient! The pool wasn't ready yet, but we did use the hot tub! We walked all over - Pinellas Trail just a block away. The cafe and brewery next door are both great. They close early so it's not noisy late night. Street is a bit busy but not enough to disrupt our sleep. We took short drives to Tarpon Springs and to downtown Clearwater and also Clearwater Beach. We would stay again!

Property was clean. 1 night I had to park my car at my aunts and uber. we only had 1 car and 4 units with 4 parking spaces would be ok if people used 1 and if had 2 cars pulled up and parked behind the other. Also, the hot rub is not private and shared and a creapy man lurked in it. otherwise it was ok.No blendee was a downside also.

February stay

The unit is very open and spacious. The traffic and noise from brewery next door are a bit tiresome if you're looking for a peaceful place. Neighbors above could be heard walking around, but it wasn't too bothersome except for one night when they played a movie very loud. ventilation system had a bad odor like smoke, smell kept waking me up at night so we turned off AC for 2 days & opened all the windows. after 2 days it was better & used AC without issue. main sofa is worn out and very uncomfortable so it's not ideal for sitting around to relax. location is great, easy to walk everywhere from. apt is a lot bigger than how the photos look, plenty of room.

Location, location, location

Property was as pictured and described. Don’t let the proximity to Broadway/ US19 Alt and the 7venth Sun Brewery deter you. Neither bothered our enjoyment or our sleep - the manager supplied earplugs - and the latter is one of my favorites of all the wonderful Dunedin microbreweries. Queen and king, plus a sleeper couch. Excellent internet service. Plenty hot water. Only Minuses we’re a bit of grittiness on the floors when we arrived, and a slight lack of cookware which limited our meal prep. If you’re a restaurant person, that won’t matter. And there are dozens within walking distance, as is the Pinellas Trail. Katie was a most responsive host
.propane tank on the outdoor grill was empty; she had that rectified by the next morning. Definitely recommend.
