Escape to this cozy carriage house in downtown Dunedin. You can ride bikes on the Pinellas Trail that connects to St. Pete and Tarpon Springs. We are close to 2 very lovely beaches. Honeymoon Island being the closest and Clearwater Beach being our touristy attraction. Everything is newly renovated and features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a modern bathroom with a refreshing shower, and high-end amenities. Come enjoy the quaint community of Dunedin, enjoy our local breweries and fabulous restaurants. Spend time carousing the cute shops. Great for a romantic getaway or solo traveler just exploring our coastal region. You can walk to everywhere in downtown and along the water. If you are coming to town for baseball and want to watch the Toronto Blue Jays, this is your place, and you can walk to the TD Stadium. Come enjoy a little piece of our paradise!

The place was immaculate and described perfectly. Even nicer than the photos, beautifully done. Location is ideal-we walked everywhere. Bed super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The Carriage House was perfect for our short visit to Dunedin. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We took our bikes and it was only a few short blocks to the Pinellas Trail. Management was very responsive to all our questions.

Everything about this place is wonderful. The location is fantastic and within (short) walking distance to many restaurants & shops on Main Street; 2 local breweries are also, within walking distance. The cottage itself is very clean, updated, comfortable, quiet and simply perfect. The large backyard for my dog was an added bonus. Management was nice & easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thank you.

Carriage house was charming, clean and located within close walking distance of downtown Dunedin activities. Parking was slightly confusing at first but clarified quickly. Host was generally communicative but there was one issue that was not resolved due to lack of response from host. Overall, a positive experience and we would gladly stay there again.
