On the 1st floor a large room of 16M2 with many storage spaces and an Italian shower and toilet.
In an exotic and Provencal setting of 1000M, an exceptional green setting and in absolute calm, magnificent heated swimming pool (from April 6 until the end of September or mid October depending on the weather) with fountain and colored lights at night.
The heated pool is privatized 6 days a week with a Florida decor in a green setting in front of the Jean Moulin Park with its large oaks and pines, a real pleasure.
The swimming pool is on the owner's side but we guarantee your peace of mind by privatizing this space 6 days a week (the swimming pool is reserved only for the tenants and not for the outside people).
The previous tenants particularly appreciate our discretion and our warm welcome without being intrusive.
We accept only cats and dogs less then 5 kilos
