Spacious Condo In Heart of City by Lucky Savannah

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight Lucky guests.

This condo offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The four spacious bedrooms are located at the back of the property for a quiet nights rest, two with wall-mounted, Smart TV's. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway, that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Great place to stay. Easy walking distance to everything. Floors did turn feet and socks black and needed additional mopping. Seating was a struggle with our large party of 8 in the living room and one of the dining room chairs was missing a screw and collapsed under us. Overall, a great place to stay, would just recommend some additional cleaning and seating arrangement revisions. We would stay again with those adjustments!

Location was AMAZING!! We were within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Asked for early check in about an hour early due to landing early and had no issues. Perfect for our girls trip of 8 people. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to be in the center of everything.

The place was nice. Lots of room for the 7 of us that were traveling. It is within practical walking distance to almost everywhere. Some of the plugs weren’t working in the living room. Maintenance did come to fix those. There is also a leak in the bedroom with twin beds. When the room above it showered, it would drip continuously onto that bed. And speaking of the room above us (and beside us, too)….you can hear folks all hours of the night and day. So, if it’s a bachelor party (I’m pretty sure it was) going on, you hear every word they say, every time they shower, etc. They also kept trying to airplay and airdrop things to our televisions from other rooms.

The location was perfect for our Girl Scout trip. Everything, except Tybee Island, was within a short walking distance, including the rental car location we used to go to Tybee. Wi-fi worked well, and the tourist info provided at the VRBO was very helpful. The only complaints I really have are minor ones. There weren't quite enough dishes for our group of 8 to eat meals together, and there were only enough dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher once a day during our stay. Trying to use resources wisely, we opted to prepare most of our meals "at home," so this was a minor inconvenience.

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it! The space was perfect for a group of friends — spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better — close to great restaurants, bars, and all the must-see spots in downtown Savannah.Parking was super easy too! There’s 2 secure garages just a short walk away with really reasonable rates, which made getting around stress-free. Overall, this was the perfect home base for our weekend — I’d definitely recommend it for any group trip or celebration in Savannah!

Condo was great. Location was awesome, everything was super clean, rooms were very comfortable. The only negative was the retrofit of the building and configuration of the units created a noisy environment. We could hear our neighbors and their plumbing (every time a toilet flushed, etc.) throughout the night. Would rent here again, but important to know about the noise situation.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Right in the middle of things. Minutes to walk to city market. River Street, great food and full easy access to historic section squares and attractions.Clean, comfortable but not luxurious but great for us. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for the USATF junior nationals track meet and had a wonderful stay at the Lucky Savannah. The place is clean, spacious, and located perfectly to be able to walk to the many squares and the waterfront. There are also a handful of great museums in walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Savannah.

Location is wonderful! You can walk to a ton of restaurants, bars, shopping and the river front. My only conplaint is there are no towel hooks anywhere (silly, I know but with 5 girls the towls get mixed up). Whoever lives upstairs was also very noisey from 12-4 am which was annoying. I would stay here again if I knew the people upstairs didnt sound like they were doing zumba at 3am :-)
