Family oriented four unit condominium property located in the heart of south padre island, and steps from the beach.
this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with its open living space, living room, kitchen and dining room is unit #1 and it is located on the right side of the first floor.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom one queen bed, maximum capacity 4 people.
The pool area has room to lounge and catch some sun. This area is shared with all 4 units. (small swimming lap pool)
Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM this gives the Clean Team time to prepare the space for you and the guests coming after you.
We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of non observance of the house rules or damages.
Complete booking only if you AGREE to the following:
NO Pets, smoking , parties/events (outdoors smoking allowed)
Quiet hours 11pm-8am, WILL EVICT if not observed, NO REFUNDS.
parking for 2 cars, non authorized vehicles will be towed at owners expense
