This vacation home is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex. On this property's lower level (2nd floor), you'll find 1 guest room, 1 guest bathroom, the living and dining area, and the kitchen. On the upper level (3rd floor), you'll find the primary bedroom balcony and an additional guest room and bathroom.

POLICIES & INFO
Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- Full access to this property requires the use of stairs.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

The Condo was wonderful!! It was much larger than we anticipated and everyone had their own room and bathroom. The location was excellent as it was so close to the beach as well as all the attractions. Definitely would book this condo again!!

We had a great time in South Padre. Great location, close walk to the beach. We had a leak in the AC drain p-trap we called and within 10 minutes someone was there to look at it and sent someone to repair within 30 minutes was very impressed with this. Also very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed people watching at gravity park across the street from our master bedroom deck area. Easy check in and check out as well. We really enjoyed having a separate bedroom and bathroom for our teens. It was perfect. Thank you for a great family beach vacation.

Just important to know that it’s a three story condo so not good if there’s mobility limitations. Other than that great place comfortable clean. Pool needs some love but love the hot tub. Will gladly return

Over all great place for a big family.

Great place. Very spacious. The only two bad things were too many stairs and pool was way too small too. Pro that it had 3 fully bathrooms.

Great family vacation!

We were very happy with this condo! We traveled with four adults and two kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The condo was very nice and clean. The location was perfect for us: close to stores and restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location to the beach and activities on the bay side of the island, however close to the Main Street on the island so it was a little bit noisy at times. Late evenings however the island is very quiet. Exterior doors were difficult to lock & unlock. Kitchen was well appointed with cookware however, bring your own wine and/or champagne glasses as there weren't any. This unit is a 2 story unit on the second, so be prepared to walk up stairs with your belongings. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, plenty of room to store everything and the large dining table fit all 6 of us comfortably without feeling crowded while we were seated. There is beach access at the end of the street - Access #5 with a spray off area. Additionally, there is a spray off area at the condo, just to the right of the exterior door to the stairs to the condo unit. We had a lovely stay!

Fun for the family

It was fun the property need some fixing. The hot tub didn't work and there a few broken tiles, but the biggest scare was the nail pops on the decks. The place was clean and fun to stay at .

Has a hot tub and it’s not listed when you search it. That was a nice surprise! Pool is heated. Nice unit very comfortable and close to everything. Pool could be better maintained, but when we called about it they came out to clean it immediately. The door on our unit patio lock/door needed replacing and needed some cosmetic repairs needed to fix stairs but overall a good experience.

We stayed at this condo for 5 days and had a great time. The location is "chef’s kiss", everything is within walking distance. If you're into action and don’t mind a little noise, you’ll love it here. If you're looking for total peace and quiet, just know it’s across the street from Gravity Park. Additionally, the beach, an ice cream shop, and tons of fun spots are all just within short walking distances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, which was amazing. (Heads up: if you’re booking one of the larger units, you’ll have more stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us at all, but worth noting.) The property has all the basic kitchen utensils we needed, plus dish soap, laundry soap, and coffee (bless). You can swap your dirty towels for clean ones daily, which was super convenient. We enjoyed our stay so much that this will be the spot we book every time we visit South Padre. Already looking forward to the next trip!

Nice Place to Stay

Spacious master bedroom with double sink and balcony. Cushion on balcony chair needs replacement. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a huge plus! Washer and dryer in condo helps after being at the beach, but could use some cleaning. Nice dining table but large along with couches so it reduces the living room space. The kitchen had many of the necessary cook and bakeware. When we arrived, we noticed two refrigerators in the unit. Come to find out the main refrigerator was not working, so a loaner was added before we arrived. A technician did stop by to fix the main refrigerator, but it was near the end of the trip. The property managing office was always accessible and very helpful.

The property is located a reasonable distance from the beach and was very clean. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of chairs for everyone to sit. The only problem we had was finding the stairs to get into the property.

Very nice stay

Very clean and comfortable. Owner and Property manager are very responsive. I emailed them the night of arrival to inform them that the coffee maker did not work. They delivered a new one by 9am the next morning.
