Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is an Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #114, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, and a remarkable ocean view.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins

Due to severe allergies, animals are not permitted in this condo.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Great trip the condo was just good!

Over all the condo view was awesome it was nice and comfortable. But the linen on the master bedroom bed was not fresh. We actually had to take it off and wash it. We wanted to wash the mattress cover also but it was too big to wash in the washer. And when we lifted it up the mattress underneath was soiled and it was pretty gross and so were the pillows. So we sprayed them with lysol really good. But the bed and pillows need a really good cleaning. The bed is comfortable but not very fresh. And while all of that is a factor the condo is really nice and t h e view is awesome. I just think that this pandemic that we are in owners that rent out their place really should take care to make sure that all the beds and linen is fresh after each guest. In this instance maybe the bed mattress needs to be changed out or cleaned really well. If that is done I would definitely stay there again!!!

Great Vacation spot!

We had a short stay at 114 the Grand but the condo was beautiful! Excellent view, beds were comfortable and the furnishings were really nice. We would definitely stay here again!
