Located on the first floor of the popular and family-friendly, beach-side community of Sandpiper Cove.

This beautiful unit boasts granite counter tops as well as luxury vinyl plank floors. Everything you will need and everything is in this well equipped kitchen including new stainless appliances.

3 bedrooms and 2 baths provide luxurious rest and privacy for the whole family. The master suite features a new king bed with a memory foam mattress for the extra comfort. One guest room has a new queen memory foam mattress and the other guest bedroom has bunkbeds For added guest convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit!

Take a short stroll to the sugar white beaches of the Gulf Of Mexico where you can enjoy the warm Florida sun. There you can sip on a cold beverage or eat a hot meal from Ricks Sandtrap (seasonal) right on your private beach. Enjoy a swim in one of Sandpiper Coves' five pools, two of which are heated during the cool months or relax with a hot soak in one of the three hot tubs, How about a game of golf on the 9 hole pitch and play Golf course or tennis anyone? After your fun filled day grab a bite at one of the locals favorites, The Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant. Sandpiper Cove truly has a little bit of it all! This unit is pet friendly (with fees).

Pet Fee 100.00 plus tax per pet. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required.

Sandpiper Cove has a 10.00 grounds fee per pet due in cash upon check in

Overall very nice but missing a few elements that would have made our stay more comfortable. Great:Updated decor was nice, especially the showers. The unit is well maintained and conveniently located. Easy access to pickleball, tennis, pools and beach. In unit laundry was in primary bedroom, while bathroom was in hall, but that worked out fine for our group.Less great: There is no dining table and only three chairs around the kitchen island, so for our group of 6 eating meals together was impossible. There was also no desk or table for a workspace. Some upholstery stains that look like they may be sunscreen or tanning oil, but furniture was comfortable.

We had a great week. The property has a lot of amenities to enjoy. We wish the pools had been heated the whole week, but we enjoyed them the end of the week once they were fixed. The condo was clean and comfortable for 6. The furniture was our only complaint, the couches sunk in a lot and were difficult for a couple of our family members to easily get up from. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Great trip

The place was roomy, and clean. All detail accommodations were accurate. Family friendly with a short walk to a pool and access to the beach. Plenty of restaurants around and things to do that are family oriented.

Great 4 day, 3 night getaway.

We all slept great on the comfy beds, enjoyed the beautiful beach and onsite par 3 golf course. Great tv options and a coffee tablebig enough for 5 adults to play cards.

Overall, it was a nice stay but the lack of basic amenities was very irritating. We had to buy basics like dishwashing detergent and trash bags. The amount of stuff we had to throw away because of the checkout policies was ridiculous. A condo should have condo necessities. I was also sent way too many messages prior to our visit and just stopped reading them causing me to miss important info. Lastly, the cleaning crew came 1.5 hours early, making us feel like we needed to rush out instead of enjoying our last morning of vacation.
