Just 1.5 blocks from the sandy beach, our home was beautifully remodeled and redecorated in 2021, and all five bathrooms were updated in 2022. Home features TWO primary suites with King beds and private baths, 4 additional bedrooms, 2 more full baths and a half bath. Wifi, central air conditioning, and elevator! Third-floor great room has fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, expansive island with stools, large living room sectional, large-screen TV, gas fireplace, spacious screened porch plus sunning deck and rooftop patio for stunning aerial views. Two outdoor showers, gas grill, extra refrigerator and commercial ice maker on ground floor, and a dozen beach chairs and sand toys for your enjoyment. A home to be enjoyed by all ages.

Lovely beach home

House was perfect for 4 families. Loved the 2 MBR and elevator! Kitchen had everything we needed. Screened porch and 2 outside showers were a plus.

Jackson family stay

Very impressed with the cleanliness and size of the house. My only recommendation would be to have 2 sets of bunk beds instead of one bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle. When the trundle is pulled out you can not use the ladder and to get to the top bunk and unfortunately we need to use all 4 beds in that room

Great house with all the amenities you could want. Rooms were more than we needed as far as size was concerned, two masters worked out perfectly. Clean and just LOTS of windows for getting all the beach sunlight in the house. Great decks and GAS STOVE, rare in Bethany as a rental. Allowed us in a few hours early too. Overall, easily a 5 STAR house.

My family & I had a wonderful time at “Irish Blessings”. It is a beautiful, spacious & super comfortable house. We enjoyed all of the many porches & loved eating all of our meals on the screened porch. There were so many extras, like beach toys, chairs, umbrellas & a cart & wagon. This is a well stocked house! Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, is available. The location is amazing! It is a short walk to the beach & so close to town & the boardwalk (walking distance) We had the perfect week! The best thing of all is my 4 year old grandson asked if we could please come back to the house again! That says it all! Thank you for sharing your lovely home, it was truly a joy to stay there!

Fantastic Stay!

This house was perfect for our family! We grew up going to Bethany and this was just the best house to continue our traditions with our kids. The screened in porch was great for mornings before others were up and dinners at night. Location is great. The beach is just a short walk, and the house had a cart which made taking our things up super easy. We could easily walk to the boardwalk for ice cream at night. House is also fully stocked with everything you may need to cook. Aside from getting some groceries we didn’t drive all week! We rented cribs and sheets which made that process a breeze. The house truly felt like home for the week and was just what we needed for a week away!

This place is awesome for a large beach loving family

This house is perfect for 5 couples and 3-4 children. One couple took the room with the twin beds and put them together. The kids slpet in the bunk room. This house is owned by people who care! It is obvious when you walk in. The house is in great shape and seems to be newly painted. The kitchen was superbly outfitted, and our family loves to cook. The house has at least a dozen beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas available to use (that saves on rentals at the beach). The screened-in porch was wonderful for meals and just hanging out. We had a great time.

Irish Blessings

The house is great. The big advantage to Irish Blessings, is that there are numerous beach chairs, beach umbrellas, resident street parking, well stocked with paper products and a commercial ice maker for tenants to use at no cost. These extra amenities probably saved us over $500. I wish the house would have been a little closer to beach. Not a big deal for most but one of us has early stage Parkinson’s. Not the houses fault.

This property was exactly as advertised. The home was clean upon arrival and very spacious - loved the 6 bedrooms and main floor living area which worked very well with our family of 13. We never felt we were on top of each other. The kitchen area, large dining table and screened in porch were great places for us to gather. Since it is difficult to find parking in Bethany, our family was wowed with the amount of parking available on the property. Location to the beach is good - a couple of blocks walk. Communication with the owner was excellent and quick response time to some questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property. I feel the property is well maintained and managed. Looking forward to hopefully returning in the future.
