Third-floor great room has fully stocked kitchen, large dining table, expansive island with stools, large living room sectional, large-screen TV, gas fireplace, spacious screened porch plus sunning deck and rooftop patio for stunning aerial views. Two outdoor showers, gas grill, extra refrigerator and commercial ice maker on ground floor, and a dozen beach chairs and sand toys for your enjoyment. A home to be enjoyed by all ages.
