Welcome to your Sunriver getaway at Coyote 18, a comfortable and inviting home designed for easy days, cozy evenings, and time well spent together.

Located just half a mile from the Village at Sunriver, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home makes it easy to get out and enjoy everything Sunriver has to offer while still giving you a relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. Ride bikes to the Village for coffee, shopping, or dinner, spend the afternoon exploring Central Oregon, then come back and soak in your private hot tub under the stars.

Upstairs, the main living space is bright, open, and made for gathering. After a day outdoors, come home to the warmth of the gas fireplace and an inviting main living space made for relaxing together. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, whether you are starting the morning with coffee from the Keurig or winding down with dinner together before stepping out onto the deck to grill.

Downstairs, the bedroom layout gives everyone a comfortable place to recharge. The king bedroom includes a full bath and a private balcony, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom features a bunk bed and a full bed, making it a great fit for kids, friends, or a small family group. A second full bathroom downstairs adds extra convenience, and the laundry room helps make longer stays feel easy.

With bikes included, a location close to the Village, and the kind of features that help everyone settle in and relax, this home is a wonderful base for making Sunriver memories together. From mornings on the balcony to evenings in the hot tub, this is the kind of place where vacation feels simple in all the right ways.

Amazing stay

We had a fabulous time and this property was perfect! It was a great location, super clean and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was great! The property management team was incredible. We had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful! I have stayed in SunRiver every year for the past 8 years and this is the most well-stocked house I’ve stayed in! Great property for resting and relaxing or hiking and playing. It was A one for cleanliness and having all we needed. Beautiful setting with many wildlife visits. Close and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Loved it, will definitely return sometime.

18 Coyote Lane

Great location in Sunriver. We skied, biked and hoked while staying there. We liked the proximity to the Village, and the house itself was well stocked for kitchen use. No bathrooms upstairs (no bedrooms, either, though) was a slight drawback. It was way off season - end of April, start of May - so the neighborhood was very quiet, and the occasional train didn't seem distracting. Reasonably priced for the venue. We'd stay here again.

Convenient and Comfortable

Our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) stayed here for a week. It's very close to the village and SHARC and easy access to bike trails. House was clean and had all the essentials for cooking and comfort. We loved all the Sunriver area and mountainy decor. Only issue was dishwasher wasn't working. Would definitely stay here again.

Great House!

Great home for family of 5. Wouldn’t go bigger than that, kids shared room. House was great location and clean. Only downfall is the lighting, not bright in rooms and living room.
