On the garden level, an independent master suite with shower room and toilet offers a privileged space, opening onto its private terrace, ideal for more privacy.

After a day at the beach, enjoy a private sauna for a real moment of relaxation.

Outside, you will enjoy the large garden and the south-facing wooden terrace, furnished with a dining area and garden furniture, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
