This charming waterfront villa is located directly at the channel exit to the Caloosahatchee River in the midst of the so-called Yacht Club Area, one of the best and most desirable residential areas of Cape Coral. In just 1 minute away by pleasure craft the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

From all living rooms and also from the open kitchen, you can enjoy views of the large unscreened pool area with Jacuzzi, tropical garden and over the immediately adjacent saltwater canal across even to the Caloosahatchee River. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make the holiday for families up to 6 people comfortable. Of course, the entire living area is fully air conditioned.

We had a very good overall experience with our stay. The house was nice and had everything we needed to be there. Extra towels, floats, chairs, all cooking utensils and so much more! We will definitely be back and will share with our friends and family! However I will be bringing my own pillow next time, they need a little updated and the beds are on the harder side (which some might like). One other thing is, I wish I would’ve understood the electric bill a little better. Even though we didn’t owe much at check out, I feel as though maybe there should be an after a certain amount you owe price, not just you pay the full amount. Thankfully it was just my husband and I and we didn’t use much.The property manger (Ralph) was so nice and helpful, the pool maintenance man (Bob), was so very kind and gave some good recommendations. And Amy’s Boat rental (Bernie and his wife) were a joy to work with! Overall we had a fabulous time!! Thank you thank you!

The whole experience was amazing. This was our second time vacationing in Cape Coral and this home was perfect match for our family. The pool was great along with the views, excellent location to enjoy those Florida sunsets. The home is super clean and kitchen is nicely equipped with all your cooking needs. The home owner Hans was very responsive and accommodating along with the property manager Ralph, from the easy check-in to check-out he was there whenever we needed him. Thank you both for your help in making our family vacation a memorable one.

Our week long stay was spectacular. We played golf at two terrific courses, enjoyed the pool with it's unique view and celebrated a birthday with our son. The weather cooperated and gave us many opportunities to swim and just sit back and relax. We found everything that we needed provided by the owner and the manager was very responsive.

Absolutely AMAZING – A Dream Come True!

This vacation was truly unforgettable! We stayed as a couple and were completely blown away by this stunning home. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had found something special. The house is beautifully renovated, luxuriously furnished, and equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need – and more!The location? Simply PERFECT! Right on the canal with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River – we even rented a boat (super easy thanks to the owner’s help), and it was docked right at the house. Every single boat tour was an adventure, and we’ll never forget cruising through the waterways.And then… the dolphins! Almost every day, dolphins came right up to the property – it felt like something out of a movie. Truly magical moments we’ll never forget.The pool area is massive and absolutely gorgeous, with comfy loungers and a big outdoor dining area – ideal for relaxing days and cozy nights. We felt like we were in our own private paradise.The owner was wonderful – friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We can't recommend this place highly enough – it’s a 1000% YES from us, and we’re already planning to come back. This home is pure perfection!

Top gepflegtes Haus in perfekter Lage !

Wir sind inzwischen Stammgast in diesem Haus und waren auch in diesem Jahr wieder absolut begeistert,Das Haus liegt direkt am River mit einem freien Blick aufs Wasser! Wer ein Boot mieten möchte, findet am eigenen Steg mit Tiki-Hut ideale Bedingungen. In weniger als fünf Minuten ist man auf dem offenen Caloosahatchee River – bequemer geht’s nicht.Besonders schön: Fast jeden Morgen kamen Delfine direkt am Haus vorbei, ein echtes Erlebnis!Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht, ist vorhanden.Vor Ort kümmert sich ein deutschsprachiger Hausverwalter zuverlässig um alle Belange – freundlich, erreichbar und kompetent. Der Eigentümer lebt in Deutschland, ist aber ebenso engagiert und sorgt im Hintergrund dafür, dass alles rundläuft.Ein Beispiel: Der Grill war bei unserer Ankunft leider beschädigt – vermutlich durch vorherige Gäste. Bereits am nächsten Tag wurde uns ein nagelneuer BBQ-Grill geliefert. Das war in all den Jahren mein erster Vorfall – und die schnelle Lösung spricht für den hervorragenden Service.Wir haben unser Boot übrigens bei Amy’s Boat Rental gemietet – ein deutscher Anbieter mit persönlicher Einweisung durch den Inhaber. Ebenfalls absolut empfehlenswert!Fazit: Wer ein hochwertiges, perfekt gelegenes Urlaubsdomizil mit zuverlässiger Betreuung sucht, ist hier genau richtig ! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed – absolutely loved it!Villa Romantic truly stole our hearts. For us, it’s one of the top locations in Cape Coral – peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located to relax and unwind. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house is incredibly well taken care of, decorated with love, and offers everything you could wish for on vacation.We spent our mornings having coffee on the terrace, our afternoons by the pool, and our evenings watching the sunset – pure bliss. The whole atmosphere is just magical.A special shout-out to the owner: communication was warm, easy, and reliable from start to finish. Dieses traumhafte Ferienhaus hat unser Herz im Sturm erobert. Direkt am River gelegen, konnten wir jeden Tag Delfine beobachten, die spielerisch direkt vor dem Grundstück vorbeizogen – einfach unvergesslich!Das elegante, liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und der große, einladende Pool boten pure Erholung. Die perfekt ausgestattete Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen.Wir haben jede Sekunde in diesem kleinen Paradies genossen und zählen schon die Tage, bis wir wiederkommen dürfen!

Wir hatten das große Glück, dieses traumhafte Ferienhaus zu mieten – und es war einfach perfekt!Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Direkt an der Kanalausfahrt gelegen, konnten wir täglich Delfine und Rochen direkt vom Grundstück aus beobachten – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!Das Haus selbst ist äußerst elegant eingerichtet und bietet mit seinem großen Pool und dem fantastischen Whirlpool absoluten Luxus.Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Auch an Hand- und Badetüchern war reichlich vorhanden, sodass wir rundum bestens versorgt waren.Besonders aufmerksam: Zur Begrüßung stand eine gekühlte Flasche Sekt für uns bereit.Wir haben jede Minute in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Haus überzeugt tatsächlich in ganzer Linie und übertrifft sogar alles, was es verspricht. Der Zutritt ist sehr unkompliziert über einen persönlichen Türcode und alles war wirklich extrem sauber. Es gibt eine schöne und moderne Einrichtung und sehr bequeme Kingsize-Betten, sodass man auf jeden Fall gut schlafen kann. Das ganze Haus ist durch die Klimaanlage auch gut temperiert. Ein wirkliches Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der beheizte Pool inklusive des Jacuzzis. Von hier aus hat man eine unglaubliche Sicht auf das anliegende Meer, zudem kann man jeden Abend einen wirklich atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Dadurch das der Pool beleuchtet ist, kann man Abends im Pool ganz entspannt den Tag ausklingen lassen. Aufgrund der guten Lage empfiehlt es sich auch ein Boot anzumieten und es am hauseigenen Anleger zu "parken". Am Haus wird auch ein Grill und eine vollständig eingerichtete Küche mit zahlreichen Utensilien bereitgestellt, sodass es sich auch lohnt, mal selbst zu grillen oder zu kochen. Wir hatten in diesem Haus einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und würden das dieses Erlebnis sehr gerne wiederholen. Vielen Dank!

Tolles Haus mit "WHOW"-Effekt

Die "Romantic Villa" in Cape Coral hat uns wirklich verzaubert! Die Lage am wunderschönen River ist einfach ein Traum, und der Blick aufs Wasser, den man aus fast jedem Zimmer hat, ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Der Pool ist riesig, aber was uns besonders begeistert hat, war der Whirlpool. Mit den farbigen LEDs wird das abendliche Baden zu einem echten Highlight – richtig romantisch! Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist absolut erstklassig. Es war einfach alles da, was man braucht. Die Nachbarschaft? Sehr gepflegt und man merkt sofort, dass dieses Fereinhaus in einer der besten Ecken von Cape Coral zu finden sind. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und richtig verwöhnt gefühlt. Ein echter Geheimtipp ! Wir kommen sicher wieder. Empfehlungsfaktor 100%

Great Family Getaway

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has a great layout that enabled us to enjoy both indoor and outdoor time. It was clean and nicely furnished. We did some fishing from the dock and spent lots of time in the pool! It’s close to Sanibel Beaches and other activities. We would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Family get away

My husband,mom & sister and I spent last week in this beautiful house. We absolutely loved it. The weather wasn’t perfect. We had three days of rain. We were so thankful for this wonderful place. We watched a movie together,read books, and just enjoyed this wonderful home. And when the sun finally returned, we were in the pool,while my husband fished. It was perfect.Just a couple of suggestions,maybe a chair or stool in the two bedrooms,and a full length mirror somewhere in the house. We definitely want to return to this house, and rent a boat when the weather is more cooperative.Ralph was so kind and helpful. Th man who came to clean the pool was also very nice,and helpful. We loved Cape Coral and this house

Stunning Villa - simply breathtaking

We had an incredible vacation at this stunning villa in Cape Coral. Situated right on the water with a southern exposure, it offers sunshine and gorgeous views throughout the day. The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. From the modern kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, every detail is designed for a perfect stay. The large pool is ideal for swimming and relaxing, making it perfect for families and friends. The communication with the owner was outstanding. From booking to checkout, we felt well-supported and welcomed. This personal touch made our stay even more special. We were thoroughly impressed with this villa and will definitely return. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in einer absolut fantastischen Villa in Cape Coral zu verbringen. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser und bietet eine Südlage, die uns den ganzen Tag über Sonne und herrliche Ausblicke bescherte. Besonders beeindruckend waren für uns die regelmäßigen Besuche von zwei Delphinen, die bis ans Haus kamen – ein echtes Highlight! Die Villa ist top eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von einer großen modernen (und voll ausgestatteten) Küche bis hin zu den komfortablen Schlafzimmern ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt. Der große Pool und der tolle Yacuzzi ist perfekt und wurde von uns regelmäßig benutzt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und dessen Hausverwalter war ausgezeichnet. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise wurden wir bestens betreut und fühlten uns jederzeit gut aufgehoben. Diese persönliche Betreuung hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir sind total begeistert von dieser Villa und sind uns sicher, dass wir wiederkommen werden. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Feriendomizil für alle, die Luxus und Natur in perfekter Harmonie genießen möchten.

Fantastic Stay!!

What a beautiful property! The entire stay exceeded all of our expectations! Our family of 4 enjoyed the gorgeous view, hot tub and pool everyday. We saw dolphins swimming and there was even a holiday boat parade! The house is exactly as described and the manager responded quickly to any needs. Will absolutely stay at the property again!!

Great location, convenient to restaurants, stores and only 3 minutes to the Yacht club beach. 🏖️ We enjoyed the house, top quality all new finishes, and furniture. The lanai and pool deck were great, saw dolphins, sunsets and enjoyed boats passing by.

Paradise

The view is to die for, amazing! We even saw a dolphin while relaxing in the hot tub. The home was super clean and had everythi g we needed. Check-in and out were super easy as well! Loved our stay!

Overdue family vacay

Location was great. We rented a boat and enjoyed getting out to the river quickly. The pool was wonderful whether jumping in after a boat ride, late night swims or watching boats come in and out during the day. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great time - very relaxing.

Can't Wait Until Next Time! Til Next Time...

This was our second time to stay at Villa Romantic. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this 5 star property. Our first visit was pre hurricane and the home has since been updated and is extremely comfortable! The host, literally has everything that you need for an enjoyable and relaxing stay. This property truly is exceptional! Next time we're hoping to stay 3-4 weeks! Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway

If I could give 10 stars I would. What a beautiful home and location. The views are spectacular! I could sit outside for hours just looking at the water views, watching the dolphins play in the canal, the stingray feeding at night and watching all the different types of fish from the dock. We typically stay in Sanibel but because of the damage from the hurricane we chose to stay in Cape Coral. We were not disappointed. The location is great, close to all types of restaurants, shopping and the marina. And close enough to take a ride to Sanibel to support the open businesses. If the house was available in November, we wouldn't hesitate to go back. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. We are going to keep an eye on the availability and hopefully find a time to come back. Thank you for the memories.
