The very spacious apartment opens onto a beautiful entrance and is composed of a large living room with lounge and dining room, opening onto the sea-view terrace. You have a well-equipped independent kitchen opening onto a courtyard-side balcony with the washing machine and the drying rack. For the sleeping area, 2 large bedrooms on the courtyard side, one of which has its own bathroom with a hip bath. You also have a 2nd bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has its own large individual garage. A very pleasant place where everything will be combined to spend a very good vacation, with the beach at the foot of the building, and the shops nearby. An ideal vacation apartment, leave the car in the garage and you can do everything on foot during your stay. Its location is truly ideal, 1st line on the seafront, with a superb panoramic view from the living room, dining room and the terrace overlooking the sea. The beach at the foot of the building is the fine sandy beach of the casino. You are located 250m from the first shops. We require a 25% deposit. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute booking. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For more comfort, you have the option to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed on request; Please let us know the type of animal. A supplement of €5 per day and per animal will apply. We ask for a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash, it is not cashed and given on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract including your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be requested. No rental will be finalized without these documents. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the large markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
