The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the living room consisting of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. For the sleeping area, you will find 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140x190 bed and the second with a 160x200 bed. The convertible sofa in the living room can be used as extra space to sleep separately. For amenities, you have a new bathroom and separate toilet. As for the exteriors, you have access to a beautiful terrace of just over 90m² overlooking the living room. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded according to your desires. You have an internet box with wifi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price.
