Sit back and relax in this 2 bedroom/2 bath desirable Alii Kai walk out, end unit condo. Situated ideally to feel like your own private oasis with no obstructions of your oceanfront view. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from every bedroom, the kitchen and living room! Seasonal whale watching from unit, lanai and walk out.
Watch spinner dolphins frolicking and turtles surfing the waves in the ocean below. Relax on a cozy lazyboy couch or recline in one of the two comfortable recliners while being mesmerized by the ocean. If you can breakaway from the views there are several amazing beaches that fit all your various beach activities desires. Anini has amazing year round snorkeling and the iconic Hanalei Bay are just a short drive away or several beach trails are within a mile and walking distance from the condo. Comfortable King size bed and a chaise lounger in the master bedroom. Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom. Washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen is well stocked and some beach gear is provided. The pool is steps away. Come relax, rejuvenate and feel the Aloha in this lovely, quiet walk out end unit on Kauai's north shore.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. We appreciated and used the extra towels. The property was clean and comfortably furnished. Excellent location with unobstructed oceanfront views from any room. The community was nicely landscaped; Parking was easy. Beautiful location for walk/jogging.

Great views from all rooms. Host was very responsive to comments and questions. Property is directly above Turtle Cove if you’re up for an adventurous hike down the path and through the water to the actual cave. Queens Bath is also a short 20 minute walk to the trail head. Warning for both trails - avoid after heavy rains! The unit was well stocked; plenty of extra towels, sheets, lots of kitchen supplies. Don’t bother with bottled water as there’s a reverse osmosis filter on the kitchen sink. Great tasting water. Washer and dryerare in the kitchen. Overall , we loved the property, close proximity to the Hanalei, Annini Beach, and Kīlauea areas. It is a ground floor unit so expect some foot traffic and keep your curtains closed when changing . The unit is a bit dated but well maintained , cozy and clean. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board in chest outside the front door.

Had a wonderful week staying here. Perfect spot. Perfect view. Enough space for two couples! Love that both rooms have ocean views. Everything we needed was provided including chairs and umbrella! Definitely will save this listing for future visits!

Incredible place

Wonderful place wirh an ideal location, would definitely stay again. Centrally located to everything north shore related with great beaches everywhere and incredible sunrises from the bedroom and sunsets just off the patio.

Wonderful stay in Princeville

This condo is in the perfect location! Close to many restaurants and we had a lovely walk on the walking path along the golf course. I appreciated all the amenities this condo had. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay again!

Amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful visit in the comfort of this condo. It was clean, cozy and well appointed from kitchen and bedding to beach equipment - so appreciated! The location and view are unparalleled - we had an amazing time watching the beautiful humpback whales right from the lanai. We hope to return some day. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing retreat in Princeville

One of the best views of any condo in Princeville. Great property with the amenities you would expect in a vacation resort. Condo is stocked with tons of gear for beach fun and all your vacation needs. Great experience, would stay here again!

Amazing View!

We loved our stay here. The condo was only a short drive to reach Na Pali Coast hikes and beaches, and it was fun to snorkel in the cove you can see below from the condo. Kim was a wonderful host! It was hard to leave the view here!

It is so GREAT that the road is now open to the NaPali Coast (after begin closed for over a year after the massive storm). Glad you were able to snorkel below condo as well - so many turtles down there - i bet you got to see many many of them. Hope you welcome you all again.

Wonderful place!

Just returned from 6 days at this wonderful condo! It was sometimes hard to plan our days, when all we wanted was to sit on the lanai and watch for whales! The book of suggestions for hikes, swims, places to eat- so thoughtful. Highly recommended- wish we were still there!

Excellent stay in Princeville. Lovely, well equipped condo and a wonderful host. Only negative was that it’s a little far from town, but so are most things in Kauai. Also, the pool was a bit disappointing, but the views are great and the condo comfortable.

Many thanks for your review. For sure, Princeville is 45 - 60 minutes from downtown Lihue and the airport (I believe you mean that town and not Princeville Shopping Centre -which is 5 minutes). In the North Shore, we are world's away from any big box stores or traffic lights you'll find in Lihue - smile! Was a delight hosting . you for your two weeks stay.

Had a great time at this condo. Unreal location. First floor with unfiltered views of the ocean. More spacious than I expected. Would recommend for a future stay. Easy parking. The grounds are well kept. The only issue we had was the mattress and pillows were quite uncomfortable.

A beautiful place to spend a Kauai vacation! The views were amazing, and we enjoyed many sunsets and sunrises from the condo and the expansive lawn. The location was quite peaceful and very convenient for experiencing northern Kauai. The condo kitchen was well-equipped, the furniture throughout was comfortable, and there was a nice supply of beach accessories. Only minor issues were a very minimal supply of soaps (bath, dishwasher and laundry) and a couple of mornings/evenings with loud footsteps above us. Would highly recommend!

Whale Watching

Nothing better than sitting out on the patio watching whales breaching and tail slapping. We had an excellent vantage point to enjoy this spectacle for 3-4 mornings.

Awesome views

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our stay very much. The property is at the end of the building so there are people walking by to view the ocean. The place was comfortable but needs some updating. The vacuum didn’t work, found it was plugged, cleaned it and then it was fine. The views are awesome!!

Everything you need

The house is fully equipped with everything you need. View is amazing. We sat on the patio and saw whales jumping/surfacing every single day. Home was comfortable and a nice place to relax after full days of seeing the rest of the island.

We fell in love with not only the breathtaking views but the walk out unit. It really appealed to us. It gives you the feeling of having your own yard with a front row seat to the abundant sea life such as whales, turtles and many resident albatross that seems to fly by multiple times a day when they are on Kauai. The views from the cliff are breathtaking and that is always the first thing we hear when someone pulls up to our unit. This unit has a fun Hawaiiana feel with blue tile, tile inlays and a tropical vibe. This is one of the few units in Kauai that you have a mesmerizing ocean view from every room in the condo.
